This is not a hotel, it is a single furnished rental unit in a house. It is clean and exceptionally well-appointed. The proprietor is helpful and friendly.

Rooms are old with mold on walls and drapes; Guests standing out on balcony smoking weed all night that comes into your room; The also make you pay a $10 per day cleaning fee which is not included in he booking price; Fixtures are rusted in the rooms
