The size and cleanliness of the room

The overnight staff was rude, unprofessional, not attentive.

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating

The upkeep of my room was disappointing. The lamps had writing all over them and the tub had molding stains on the bottom corner

Somewhat the lack of parking spaces. Parking spaces very limited. It also should be free.

It located close to the bus station which had a lot of homeless people in the streets which made me feel unsafe & uncomfortable walking around to explore my environment. Luckily I came with another lady so we courageously ran past those people at night.

The hotel was clean and modern. The breakfast offerings were excellent. Staff were helpful.

The laundry area needs more machines and attention to maintenance.

Pool was shut down. I picked this hotel because of the photos of the pool. Deceptive. My room also had a bad odor and several things were broken.

The customer service from the moment I landed in FL was amazing. I needed to check in about an hour or 2 early because my flight was early and they were able to accommodate me with no problems. Location was great, clean pool, 10/10!

Clean Spacious Rooms. Staff were friendly and offered maps and discounts to area activities. Hotel was happy to hold our luggage until check in.

Did not get the room I reserved (got a king instead of 2 queens). While the location is in decent proximity to the Riverwalk/Las Olas/Downtown, you have to walk through some dangerous areas to get there.

The room was dirty. Did not check in until 6:30 PM. Homeless people around the corner. Among other things.

The location

Our check in was at 3pm, yet our room was not ready until 9:30pm. When we entered our room it did not look clean, smelled horribly like wet dog, and there was random pieces of kibble around the room, and throw up dried on the couch.

The room is fantastic for an extended stay. The hotel is very accommodating for guest not interested in spending a fortune to stay in Las Olas. You don¿t need a car if you¿re only touring the Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale beach.

Unacceptable checkin experience. I was not given any details about the hotel such as breakfast, gym, pool. Other guests who checked in were offered full details and received complimentary water.
