The pull out sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and so were the pillows. But minor compared to the overall good experience.

No hot tub. Otherwise everything was great! I'm actually surprised this hotel has not so great ratings
Arrived was told no reservation although it was booked months ago&confirmed 1 week before.Hotel was overbooked so the 4 rooms ordered were then spread out in order to accommodate us.Rooms were dirty,toilets broken/unclean,dirty sheets.We were compt3 rooms
All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The waffle maker is a plus. The waffle mix was excellent. The fresh oranges and banana were great.
The swimming pool was way too small. The grill did not work properly. It started but the flame stopped working within 5 minutes and it ruined our steaks and chicken kabobs! The breakfast should include scramble eggs and sausages.
