Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

The oceanfront one bedroom suite was an amazing room when traveling with a toddler and I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities the resort has to offer.

The accommodations are upscale and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, safe and the staff is excellent. They also have a beautiful fitness center and great restaurants onsite.

I didn't like the hotel

I felt the hotel saw a proceline guest and gave me the worst room. I rented an electric car and when I had to ask for the key I was questioned as if I was a criminal who didn't belong there having to show I'd and emails.

The hotel is centrally located and near a beautiful beach. The suites are spacious, clean and very comfortable. In addition, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The pool deck is also very nice and breezy.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Cleaning lady, who name was Vitaliya was very nice and very friendly and very helpful!!!

Store or cafeteria close too early.

Room was wonderful and the cleaning staff were amazing. We arrived at noon and they accommodated us with an early check-in and then a late check-out. The pool staff was friendly and helpful. Better than the Ritz or Four Seasons but less money.

It was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

The layout of the second room I was put in was better. The bells man, maintenance, valet were very nice.

Some of the front desk staff were unpleasant and dismissive. The room was not what we paid for. Also the first room we received was handicapped accessible once the stovetop wasn't working we were transferred to another regular room. Yellow water.

The customer service was incredible. From the maid staff to the front desk, everyone was helpful and had a great attitude. The room was also absolutely beautiful with an amazing view.

I didn't care for all the additional charges and fees that were deducted from our security deposit but in all fairness, I should have read the fine print when I booked the reservation. Also, they told me the security deposit was $150, NOT $150 per NIGHT.

Room's design, location, and pool area.

It's 2022 and the TV systems are still from the 90's. Few TV channels, no Chromecast/Streaming that is in lower quality hotels these days. It should be table stakes.

Amazing views. Very nice staff. We stayed in room 616. Staff member made our stay great. She was funny, attentive, and just a pleasure to have around. Thank you for a great birthday get away experience:)

Garbage left around the pool seating areas overnight. Cleaner garbage cans as well

Location, decor

Were given a room that was supposed to have a furnished balcony. It did not. Room Service ran hours late and ypu couldnt order breakfast the evening before. Very dissapojnting stay for our 1st wedding anniversary. Never again.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and the room was left dirty with food, hair and other dirt on the furniture and floors. Please keep in mind, the cleaning crew was just walking out of my room before entering and put a “Lysol sanitized” sticker on do

we faced a construction zone for the new Four Seasons Hotel, ocean view was not ocean front, which was my impression upon reserving. the room was beautiful. housekeeping was a bit pushy and did not refill toiletries at all during our stay.
