Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Marina Hotel

Paid for Club level, no club level lounge available yet selling that room and no mention of club level closure when booking.

The location was next to almost everything. Beautiful decor & friendly staff.

Too many Iguanas at the poolside. The prices at the Bistro were too expensive.

Room clean. Nice helpful staff

Room not ready. Had to wait an hour. Too far from ocean. Pay to park at hotel. No continental breakfast. No towels at pool. No sanitizing in pool area. Understaffed!!! I was promised adjoining rooms and didn¿t get it.

Nicely landscaped property with a nice lobby. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was proactive with guests to ensure their stay was a positive experience.

$30 parking per night.

The room was not to a Marriott standard of cleanliness. The carpet and sofa had crumbs and stains from a previous guest. The bed had hair on the sheets as well. The front desk was willing to refund but after we checked out they refused to do so.

Booking check in time was 3p, receptionist said it¿s 4 and check out was supposed to be 12, receptionist says 11am.

Front desk young lady was professional however seemed bothered that we were insisting on our booking check in/out times.

Super lowkey , clean, Friendly ,no hidden chargers , people were all friendly and helpful . simple , clear directions, good location . rooms could use an update. But im sure thats already on a strategic plan in due time....Super nice as is regaurdless.

Parking cost . I loved the parking situation and garage . but not the price. But i understand you get what u pay for and overall i would pay again. But dang --- $! And its like that most places in the area. So its all good. Clean safe garage.

The location is great. The pool and hot tub are great.

They put us in a handicap accessible room, which was fine except the shower flooded the entire bathroom causing a major slip hazard. We notified the hotel staff and their response was to drop off more towels. The stafff wasnt very helpful with my conce

Great for people taking a cruise. Got to check in early, check out late. Kept our luggage locked up while we walked around town. They were great.

Charging for parking was a bummer. We had 10 rooms that stayed 6 days. The parking charge was enormous. $25 plus tax per car per day. Plus we had to pay for internet. Get with the times and add free wifi!

All of the staff we came in contact with were more than helpful. The hotel was clean and lovely. We were just where we wanted to be. Very convenient to the port and airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh and many options.

It's a complete rip off , whole thing was under construction .. They do not provide any services to the guest. They charged twice for overnight parking . Will never be booking to any Renaissance

The staff was the good thing about hotel.

The hotel didn't have 2 queen beds for handicap accessible room. The king size bed had a mattress that was bigger than the bed frame, it overlapped and it felt as if you were falling off the bed. The bathroom had no counter to put basic travel essentials.
