i wish i would of known the hotel was in construction, i reserved an ocean front balcony and didn’t get to use it.

The intercostal water view was beautiful . Staff was friendly and knowledgeable

The parking and getting to the lobby from the resort parking in the parking garage was a hassle. You need to have a key to enter the closed elevator area.

Location and cleanliness snd friendly staff

The location was perfect, within walking distance of many restaurants. The beach access was amazing and within 50 feet.

The elevators tended to be slow and always full. Also, it can be confusing to access the parking garage as well as get to the hotel parking. The hotel also made a pricing error at checkin and attempted to correct it by running my credit card over 10x.

Location is great. Right in the heart of the Fort Lauderdale action. Plenty of places within walking distance.

Pool is shaded most of the day. Only four elevators for the whole hotel and a four level garage they share them with. Regularly wait 20 minutes for elevators and a huge line at the end of the day coming back from the beach.

Location. Close to restaurants, beach, stores, water taxi and trolley. Beautiful pool. Two hot tubs. Nice gym. A few activities each day on site.

Can not think of anything we did not like.

I listing to the radio on the tv I went out on the patio and security barged in my room and was very rude to me demanding me to turn down my TV didn’t even call just walked in my room they were very rude

Close to the beach and restaurant. Room was clean and spacious.

Elevators were slow, and getting in and out of the hotel was difficult. Wifi was difficult to get onto.

I travel a lot, and this was a ten day five city trip. This hotel was the best. It was new and nice with great service and a great location. I was most impressed that parking was only 14/day despite others charging 25/day. IT showed their fairness.

Although the parking was low cost, it did take a bit to drive up the parking structure to the fourth floor.

Location to the Atlantic was great. Wake up every morning open up the sliding glass door and listen to the ocean. Wonderful.

They were doing construction. Woke up to jack-hammers and circular saws. Even though it was four floor up. The elevators are very slow. I was able to read a short novel before one came. Entrance to the hotel is only through the garage. Crazy.

The 1 bedroom villas are huge!! Was a great place to spend a few nights after a cruise. Get the intercostal view. Lots of action with the boats and awesome city / downtown views at night. Sunsets aren't bad either!!

Having to drive up and down to/from the 4th or 5th floor of the parking garage is a bit of a hassle but you get used to it.

Marriott's Beachplace Towers' Intracoastal View King Room with Balcony was nicely decorated (updated), comfortable bed, with GREAT SECURITY and on site amenities. Great walk friendly locale. This was perhaps one of our best stays in Fort Lauderdale.

Signage could have been better for guests NOT arriving by vehicle to park in garage; but, perhaps website gave more instructions that I overlooked.

The location, it's literally right on the beach. The price was lower than I expected. The room is very nice, we had a big jacuzzi in ours.

Checkout was 10 and was not able to get a later checkout. We were rushed out by housekeeping. Parking garage is confusing and there's no real front entrance to hotel to check in. I won't be staying here again.

It's in a great location right next to dining and shopping. The beach is right across the street!

Spend 35 minutes trying to access the parking lot and after letting the front desk know they just apologize and charge me for parking. oh yeah did i mention I had to pay for parking.

Hotel has renovation around pool so we could not use pool sitting area or pool or spa and renovation had v. loud noise of using the electric saw.(There was no information about this renovation before arriving the hotel).

Not a fan of the pillows but that’s ok, cause everything else about this hotel exceeded expectations.
