Pros +
- Free parking on premise and room comes with 2 beach chairs.
- Perfectly located 1 block from the beach right in the middle of the large resorts on the beach. Very comfortable, clean and quiet property. I really didn't want to give the high ratings fearing it'll be overbooked for future stays lol.A definite 15.
- It was easy to walk from the parking lot into our room.
Cons -
- Overrated. I wouldn't come back based on my check in experience. Besides, ACs are too noisy and the water pressure in the shower was too weak. Such a small pool out front.
- No. Just a wonderful exciting relaxing, quiet laid back property and experience.
- The air conditioner in our bedroom was noisy and my wife just turned it off to avoid being awakened.

This hotel was so close to the beach, about a 3 minute walk. A great location to walk to the beach as well as shops/restaurants in the area! The room was clean and the staff was accommodating! We had a great experience for our week long stay!
Rooms are fine and nice location.
Smoking everywhere. Ashtrays outside of every room and people sit there smoking. The smoke comes into the room through the windows and air conditioner vent. Owners also smoke in the back, which comes through the bedroom window and A/C.
one block from the beach. Nice, friendly and accommodating staff. very nice , big room/ apartment , with all the comforts of home. Will return
Nice staff and clean. You canâ≢t get any better for a 3 Star hotel.
The only quirk was that there were people smoking outside by the pool. I had to walk past them to get to my room. That doesnâ≢t bother me a ton but I could do without. If I were with my wife and not my buddy playing golf it would have been a issue.
Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were above-and-beyond friendly and helpful.
the location
it could have been cleaner in the kitchen
