Four Points by Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

Room had loud air-conditioner blowing dusty air

Street noises made it impossible to sleep. One elevator was working out of 2. The stair access takes you outside.

The location is the best thing about the hotel. The parking and the Internet was free.

The rooms need a makeover. There is a lot of noise from the outside. The elevator takes a long time because there is seven floors.

Good cost. Close to the airport and sea port. Had shuttles to both.

The location was nice close to everything we needed, food and more. It was near the beach. Room was cozy and had a comfy bed, it was very clean also. We liked Nathaniel who checked us in.

I would rather tell you what I did not like. The sheets had not been replaced from the previous person staying at the room. all the wrinkle sheets were under the cover. There was not rinse, conditioner or body lotion in the permanent dispensers

The customer service at bar was impeccable- the food was good

Service on tv was horrible One night did not work at all The receptionist is Rude, has horrible customer service and needs training We asked a question at check out and her disrespectful mouth made a comment ¿closed mouths don¿t get fed ¿ how RUD

I asked for a different room and was immediately moved to a much better room.

Restaurant had few good meal options. Customer service in the restaurant wasn't good. They didn't clean the tables after other guests used them.They don't tell guests that they have to call the hotel when they arrive so that the bus will pick them up.

Room was large and clean. Pool area nice.

Elevator is very slow and we could hear it in our room at the farthest end of hall on forth floor. Road behind pool very noisy, but did not hear in the room.

Clean, fairly close to the airport, restaurants nearby

The evening before our flight, we received incorrect info from the front desk about getting an early-morning taxi to the airport. Do NOT rely on getting a taxi. Sadly, the morning front desk person was very unconcerned, unsympathetic, and slow to help.

The GM addressed my concerns after complaining.

I got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes and not one member of the hotel staff was there to check on me when the fire department got me out.

Nice layout. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Room accommodations include all the basics like refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, flat screen.

Housekeeping didn't deliver fresh towels as promised. Restaurant menu was limited and restaurant staff clearly inexperienced in food service. They didn't consider that you might need tableware, butter, etc.... Elevators are very slow.

the toilet was dirty with blood, hair and urine. the tv control did not work, the room smelled of cigarettes. very unpleasant everything

We spent 7 days and nobody came to clean to room,Requested it 2x and still nobody came!..Also hear our guest speaking about it..Its by far the worst part

The front desk staff was nice.

There was a roach in my room. The house keeping lady (unrelated to the roach) was extremely rude.

The hotel had an extremely strong scent throughout the entire downstairs--like a very strong air fresheners trying to cover up a smell. The hotel was clean and staff were professional and courteous, but it was a bit dingy for a Sheraton.

Yes they take $50 deposit from a platinum Bonvoy with nothing open the bar the restaurant! Front desk didn’t offer an upgrade or water!

Comfortable, clean, and everything smelled good.

Breakfast opens too late. No business center. Pan handlers all around hotel. AC system smelled musty.

Great stay. Minutes from the airport. You must easy at this hotel. Food was very good. Salmon, burger, salad, grilled cheese. All very well prepared. Hotel employee at the bar provided fantastic service with wonderful attitude.
