Holiday Inn Express Fort Lauderdale North - Executive Airport By IHG

We always stay here every 3 months for work.

The AC did not cool this trip. We could have moved to a new room but decided to stay. The pillows were kind of flat this trip.

The hotel was recently renovated. Rooms are super clean. No smell. We stayed in the non-smoking room. Excellent breakfast.

It was clean and in walking distance to the stadium to watch the soccer game with my family.

Issues with the AC & the coffee machine, but the primary issue was sheets were not changed before us. Upon leaving, and pulling off covers to make sure we didn't leave anything, we noticed dried blood on the sheets and comforter which we didn't do.

NO hot water 5pm toshower for event I had driven over 4hrs to attend, I was told to let it run, someone had to come to my room?I'm disabled/prosthetic leg, very awkward. Then told the boiler is only on in morning & it will be 20/30 for water, no shower!

I was unable to shower after being told several different things. The fact Maintainence had to come to say that the boiler is only on in the morning. I'm disabled and really needed to clean my stump after 4hr ride.

Safe area, easy location on & off I-95. A good place to stop overnight with very good hot breakfast.

Pool was closed

We had a double queen room. The beds were not queen size. They were double beds. Very small. We were disappointed.

Not much

The hotel was under construction and should be closed. The A/C unit in my room was broken and would not run. When I called the manager, the manager said, "you can find another hotel". Wow.

We chose this hotel because we were taking an early morning flight from the Executive airport. Perfect location. Clean room. Nice pool for the star hotel or is. Very friendly staff.

The hotel lobby is under major construction and we did not know it. It may have been stressful if I had little kids with me on the trip trying to keep them away from things. Otherwise is would have given it a 10.

Large room. Refrigerator. Microwave and a coffee maker

It was under reconstruction. They didn t replace the coffee on the next day

The hotel is in a good location location. Is clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff is courteous.

Had a mishap with hot water pipe bursting, but staff took care of the problem promptly.

Pool was not open as stated and the hotel was undergoing renovations which was not state.

Hallways smelled.ants and roach in room,pool was not open nothing to do.front and cleaning staff were great.breakfast staff did more security work then the actual security that almost hit my car while texting and driving her golf cart.

Very clean for a 2.5 star hotel. Should be 3 star. Free Breakfast was better than expected. Many to choose from.

Dirty nasty rooms, construction on property during stay blocked parking lot and noisy

Excellent service. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I was very pleased and plan to come again.

You can't miss your turn onto the property.

The vigilance of the service staff both the front desk and the catering staff. I admired the strict attention they paid at breakfast area to ensure protocols were adhered to. Additionally,the hospitality of the manger. Leading by example is what she did.

A bit of improvement required to the entrance. The inside is good though.

1 bedroom suite was excellent, very large and comfortable.

Breakfast options could be expanded. They ran out of food and supplies the first day but was better the other days we were there.
