Pros +
- The location was the only good thing about this hotel.
- The staff is terrific. We arrived at 9:30 in the morning and they stored our luggage and gave us full access to the resort until our room was ready.
- I love the mermaid pool because it has a deep end and it's so clean and warm! It is my favorite pool at any hotel I have ever stayed at, period!!!!!!!
Cons -
- The water coming out of all of the faucets in the bathroom was yellow. The refrigerator was broken. The chair in the room was stained and gross. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was never fixed. The carpet and walls were stained. It was gross.
- The “resort fee” per day to pay for the hotels amenities. That is absurd! The amenities should just be included in your stay. Will not stay there again and will not recommend.
- I room was dirty when we checked in and they said they would clean it and when we came back 4 hours later it was still dirty, so we changed rooms.
