The grounds are well kept, with a number of pools and hot tubs. The room, although small was well appointed and comfortable.

The whole keypad entry is kind of new to me, but by the time I checked out, I had it down. lol

This property is located in the perfect spot in Wilton Manors - Gay Central! The place was very clean and modern. I loved it!

Absolutely nothing. it was beautiful.

Room was large and comfortable. Hotel was quiet.

There is no reception area. A guy came to meet me to give me keys, but he made me wait 20 minutes. Rooms are a little banged up. The coffee machine is a nice touch but there were no coffee filters. Seems like this is more of a party hotel than a place for a business traveler.

my husband and I had a wonderful time here. the room, pool, Check-in was all excellent. fantastic location for walking to everything.

the rooms are basic and outdated. the property is nice but needs a lot of attention its a mess and could benefit from some landscape design and thorough refresh to create a more luxurious atmosphereneed to offer guests a light breakfast, coffee and juice.

it was a little confusing for me to figure out how to lock the door, but I called and was helped immediately.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location of the INN is perfect...you can walk to most restaurants and lounges.

The internet was intermittent which was problematic at times.

Anything metal in the whole room was rusted. The bathtub was horrible- it was resurfaced at some point and now it is peeling and flaking. Tub was dirty No lounge chairs at pool. Breakfast-

There was no thermostat in the room and I froze all night. The room was way too cold.It took a while to find the light switch for the bed room.

The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay in wilton manors. everything is walking distance and easy to access. the music from the bars did not leak through the walls.

Moldy room, ceiling was brown and water damaged. Floors are sticky. Pillows are flat, theres a random machine that doesn't work. Closet door doesn't close, Showering causes water to go everywhere in the bathroom. No info on why they didn't clean everyday, AC on full blast but the thermostat went from 82 to 80. To add to that, the owner's friend threatened to come to my room on a dating app. I was scared and stayed up until 5 AM as I was afraid this person was going to attack/rape me. He is the owners friend and I was completely in shock that this would be something that I have to worry about in a hotel. Though the owner apologized, it is suspect that they were in front of the hotel together.

it is my third time at this place and I simply love it. Great location, great hospitality, and they are the nicest people.

Very friendly helpful staff, perfect location, two pools, almost forgot to mention palm trees and other trees - you dont feel at all that youre right in the centre of Wilton Manors I will stay here again

The location was absolutely fantastic, and the manager was very helpful and promptly responded to any questions. The grounds, and pools, were beautiful. Sitting by the pools was very restful. I would stay here again, for sure.

I wish the tile floor of my room had been a little cleaner. The bottom of my bare feet were black from where they touched the floor.

First I want to say I think the property is a good location and very convenient. I do have concerns I wish to share with you regarding my stay. As you know in this environment with current and past COVID concerns, cleanliness and safety of guests should be of the most paramount concern. Unfortunately I did not experience that upon my arrival and inspected my room. You know this because you came to my room to clean the air conditioner from heavy dust and some black formation on the blower vent. Aside from that obvious issue there was more in my experience; those were: 1. The ceiling fan was full of dust that instead of complaining I cleaned them because of my allergies. 2. No instructions on television operation with two remotes. 3. No replenishment of towels or refreshments, coffee, etc. or offered by the staff. 4. Iron was not present and location of the ironing board had to be discovered. 5. Blinds were broken. 6. Both swimming pools were never cleaned from yard debris. 7. Snacks in the room were available but no mention there would be an additional charge for them. While these may seem trivial to some, they are all a part of your customer's experience or lack of a quality experience for the amount you charge for a stay. At $270 a night I would expect much better value for such a price. I could have, as a Hilton Honors member, stayed at the Hilton Marina for $565 for three nights but chose your place for convenience and what appeared to be a nicely run facility. Unfortunately my experience did not line up with my expectations at a cost of $805.
