- This was my first time with the hotel and i must admit, It was amazing. Close to everything! Overall, a great stay. Want to give a shoutout to Kathleen for helping with the additional stay at the hotel!! Happy retirement !!!
- Location to cruise port
- The front desk. She was very friendly and help us with our reservations. She always look out for the best interest of the customer
Cons -
- I do wish that the parking could of been less priced.
- For lines for the breakfast. They should two separate lines. As one had the breakfast buffet ready and the other lines for making eggs like over easy and other choices
- We booked this hotel because it boasted a free, 24 shuttle from the airport, when we landed and called the hotel, we found out it wasn?t 24 hour, we needed reservations AND then had to get our own transportation.?!
