The views of the room were beautiful! The location was great for our shuttle to the airport. The bars and pool offered were a really cool touch. I very much enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel chain, particularly this one. The main manager was awesome.
I am easy to please, so most things were good to my standards. Yes, housekeeping dropped the ball on getting ready by check-in time, our shower leaked onto the bathroom floor a bit, and the trash cans didn't have liners, but overall, it was a good time!

Sink is leaking. A/C is either too warm or too cold. Asked for blanket never got it. Called front desk many times and hardly anyone picked up the phone. We paid too much for this kind of service
I love the location of the property. I love the room to set up the staff the food in the drinks.
The only thing that I didn’t like is that you had to use credit or debit when I felt like sometimes you could’ve had the option should have the option of having cash or credit.

I ordered food at the bar and it took an hour to come, so I didn't bother going down for breakfast. Appreciated happy hour but drinks were mediocre. Nice room, appreciated fridge. Really booked for minibus to cruise port, which was great.

Bartender was not very friendly. They seemed short staff as there wasn’t a bartender on the roof but one downstairs. Took over 45 minutes to receive my food so we elected to go hunger whether than wait for some fried food.
