- “Family friendly” means many loud children but that is not unusual
- It would be a better experience if Continental breakfast was provided especially for people traveling with children. We were told by staff that breakfast was not provided. The mattress was old, creaky and uncomfortable, could not sleep.
- Staff was not helpful at all to people that needed assistance during a mandatory evacuation. I have an elderly person who uses a walker and it would not fit through the bathroom door. No helpful trying to extend our stay
