Location to the beach & the beach accessories that were provided ( chairs, umbrellas).

#1 no communication with staff. No one in the office. Out of 3 calls we made about different things, only got one return call. 2. Bed pillows hard as rocks. 3.For toiletries, the soap/ shampoo/conditioner were all in one bottle. Not good.

Beautiful property in an excellent location.Exceptionally friendly and welcoming host.There is no pool, but a lovely patio courtyard.Right across the street from the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants in the area, an excellent bonus! I've stayed in many places in the area and this is by far one of my favorites!

I live locally so I knew the location/neighborhood. It's one of the reasons I stayed here. Directly across the street from the beach. Great area to walk my dog. Also, Circuit vehicles available for our short trips to Shooter's and Ocean Sky resort. The apartment was quite spacious and Joe was thoughtful and kind to leave a bottle of wine along with several cold drinks! No pet fee. No parking fee.

No complaints.

Location great to walk everywhere. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary wine, water, beer.No pool but right across street from beach.

Our room had a foam toilet seat

It is a wonderful place ,very close to the beach and restaurants. The room has everything you need to feel comfortable and pampered. The staff is awesome, you feel they care about you! Only warm feelings!

It could be better ventilation.

Everything we needed for a lovely beach stay! Perfect location. Clean, nice shower. Nice bedding. Beach chairs and towels provided. Even a bottle of wine to greet us. Joe is awesome!

My friend and I were beyond delighted with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the owner greeted us warmly, assisted with our luggage, and even gave us a quick tour of the room. The hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It truly exceeded our expectations.

The bathroom could use a bit of retouching and had a slight odor, but it was tolerable and did not overshadow our overall experience.

Location, cleanliness, modern finishes, well-equipped kitchen, beach accessories, complimentary bottle of wine!

The outdoor space could use a little sprucing up and a good power wash to clean the bird poop from the deck

Near the beach and a large room including a kitchen fully equipped.

Location was good! Price was good! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Beach, restaurants, drug store were all within walking distance.

There was nothing NOT to like! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Stayed at the Sea Echo before. Clean and well equipped rooms. There's beach chair's and blanket in rooms. In the kitchen, you will find coffee sugar dish soap. Some cans of soda & a couple of waters. Also a bottle of ? wine awaiting its guess.

What not to like ?

The rooms were super clean and the property was very up to date on the inside

My only complaint would be the person above us was very very noisy at all hours of the night and we were woken several times by him

There was so much wrong bullet points will be easiest. 1. Our floor was so dirty my husband walked from the kitchen to the bathroom and his feet were black. We mopped the kitchen 3 times and the water was black they had to come clean it.2. Our mop didn’t even work right and we ran out of swiffer cleaning solution when the employee cleaned and was told we’d get a working mop bucket and a refill and nothing. 3. We asked for toilet paper Friday, we left Tuesday and never received it we had to go buy some. Nobody is there working on the weekends. 4. The girl above room 1 lives there, so be prepared to get woken up as she stomps to get ready for work at 6:30 in the morning and door slams when she gets home from partying on the weekends.5. The girl above room 1 also has a terrifying guard dog so alllll you hear is that dog running around as well.6. The kitchen has the most random assortment of things we had to go buy a whisk, spatula, strainer and tongs.7. The employees bike got stolen but the cameras don’t work so they had no footage. And our window wouldn’t lock and we were told it would get addressed and well it sure didn’t. 8. You can hear everything. If the air is off you can hear every single word your neighbors say. 9. The only positive is the employee who works there was so kind and nice.10. The tub didn’t drain he had to come unclog it 11. If you wanna sit outside bring cleaner cause the chairs are just coated in bird poop.

The location is great, steps to the beach and 2 blocks to town square. the staff is friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay there for almost a month and going back again next year! Pet friendly too!

We stayed in Room #2. Everything great except for the bathmat and mat in the tub. The bathmat was dirty and actually had the outline of footprints on it. They should be using a bathmat that is like a towel to be able to wash it. There was also some sort of mat in the tub that had hair in it and just not something easy to be cleaned and probably should not be being used at all. We did not shower because if those 2 things. Those were our only complaints.

Great location, wonderful host. Facilities were modern and updated. Nice sized space.

Bed was too hard was only complaint.

Great location, walking distance to lots of food and drink, nice feel to the neighborhood. Room was big, had a kitchen with some soda in the fridge, good water pressure in the shower, keycode for the door, simple to get in and no keys to misplace.

The bed was a little firm for my personal preference and the bedside lamps were not working (or I couldn't figure out the switches)
