- Best thing about this hotel it was super quick to check in and out
- Value, off season rates
- Value-out of season! They do charge $50 PER night so those staying longer “invest the most” which seems odd. They do return the deposit immediately upon checkout.

- Small inconvenience due to construction at the property. The hotel is close to las olas but also right on top of homeless encampment! Bus terminal is a block away. People on sidewalks, business stoops, everywhere! Fll has a problem

Value. It’s near las olas but in a high density homeless population!
There was some inconvenient noise from construction/remodeling. *Again, they charge $50/night deposit!?!? So, those staying longer, spending MORE, are charged more(???) than single night guest?!?? The money was returned within hour of checkout-still 🤯
