- Incredible location and the rooms are essentially former apartments.
- The hotel was great the general manager is a great guy.
- Good location, pleasant staff and clean environment.
Cons -
- It's a little confusing when you arrive whether there is valet parking for the hotel or not (there's not).
- His staff on other hand is not I checked into a night made experience with the staff and she was rude zero class and got up and walked off in mid conversation of her trying to rip me off With fees not included on any of their sites.
- I was disappointed that there was no free parking at the hotel. Also there was freight train running every so often and making extreme noise.

Great location by the Riverwalk. The rooms are well furnished with everything you would need. Also the amenities are better than any hotel!
Parking is expensive, especially after you’ve paid a good amount for the room.
I stayed at Flow Fort Lauderdale for a work trip, and the property really is gorgeous. The lobby downstairs and entrance by Pura Vida with the escalators felt really unique for a hotel or apartment experience and the leasing/concierge staff were friendly and helpful every time I needed something and entered or left the building. The pool and fitness center are both very large and attractive on the 11th (P) floor and there's a great cafe restaurant on the same floor where I got a delicious smoothie and latte every morning to start the day. The outdoor lawn area and coworking spaces on the 25th and 26th floors really stole the show for me, and I would've worked more from there had I checked them out earlier! Very resort feeling. The room itself was very nice as well -- it was spacious, tastefully decorated with tropical fixtures, and the lighting in particular made coming home feel very rewarding and luxurious. The bed was comfortable, the TV was large, and the shower and shower soaps were also very resort-style. The wifi in the room was also great for my phone and for my laptop whenever I needed to work later and get anything done from the room. The building itself is very close to some good food options -- Pura Vida, Velvet Taco, the Wharf, etc. -- and it's also about a 10 minute walk from the Brightline which I took multiple mornings to go down to Miami. Overall, the stay was really fantastic, and I'd recommend it for anyone coming to the area for work or for a relaxing Fort Lauderdale getaway with family or friends.
There are very few complaints that I have about the experience, but if I had to name a couple, I would mention that the trash can in the rooms was very small. I ordered food a couple of times during my stay and the trash can is a great size for a one night stay, but anything longer or with multiple people in the room and it might've piled up (in the cabinet beneath the sink) rather quickly. Secondly, the property didn't seem to be on delivery platforms. I ordered from DoorDash a few times and "Flow Fort Lauderdale" was not an option for my delivery nor was the building's former name, Society Las Olas -- I ended up having the food delivered to Pura Vida downstairs with notes to deliver it to Flow Fort Lauderdale in my comments. This might be because the building seems very new and it isn't in the platforms yet -- just something to be aware of!
Beautifully decorated. Very spacious. Nice views. Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Superb pool and exercise facilities. Excellent value for money.
Nothing. It was PERFECT
Beautiful, stylish rooms and great building amenities! The pool and hot tub were delightful, and the gym is top notch. Staff was super friendly and always available. The location is great, right on the river walk. Plenty of great food and drink nearby.
The property was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
Extremely noisy with a bar opposite and noisy trains passing even during the night. Even though the beds & pillows were very comfortable it was actually very hard to sleep because of the external noise.
Flow House FTL is a one-of-a-kind experience. The room was sustainably chic with everything you need + more (awesome toiletries, Nespresso maker, towels/robes, balcony w/ a view, etc.). The amenities are outrageous; floor P is the place to be. From Hemmingway's breakfast/Cuban sandwich to the state-of-the-art gym, plunge pools, and spas, this is upscale stuff. Blend in with the residents and chill by the pool, where there's always some special event going on or just beautiful people walking around the deck. Location is central and awesome. Las Olas is a happening place. 10 stars out of 5. Will be going back toute suite.
Not one thing.
Excellent location and great facilities. Very comfortable and well equipped room which suited our extended stay in Fort Lauderdale very comofrtable and enjoyable. The pool and leisure facilities were an added but very welcome bonus.
The elevator situation was a little confusing at first but we soon got used to it. The noise from the nearby rail line was a little worrying at first but we soon became used to it and it didn't bother us at all.
I liked having a kitchen and different amenities like the gym and pool. My room also had a great view of the river.
There was no access to the gym (Floor P) from the hotel side which was kind of annoying, I had to enter through the resident elevators.
Brand new & great kitchen/room, nice view, spacious apartment, directly at river-walk, nice swimming pool area with hammocks.
Long corridors to the rooms and possibly noisy as it is right next to the railway line, 200 $ Deposit/night
I liked very much the location, views and facilities of the condo-hotel.
At a lower floor you can hear the noise from the Wharf until 3:00 am- which was not ideal. The train is so close to the building that you can hear the noise and feel the vibrations in the whole apartment.
Located in a great area- with the exception of the train all night! But I didn’t have to go far for food or entertainment.
It was soooo dark. The lighting is awful throughout the entire apartment. The stools at the table are not sturdy. The train! My room was literally at the train tracks. I hated that.
The aesthetics of the place is peaceful, clean, natural, and calming.
Hot hallways. Long elevator wait times
The best part was Nicola who went above and beyond for our party. Because of the change in owners, our rooms were changed and my sister's family was placed in a smaller room. She quickly found them an open room that better fit their family. Then she personally fixed their thermometer when it wasn't working. The rooms were very new and clean. The pool was beautiful. Location was great, right downtown so we could walk everywhere.
There were no trash cans in any of the bathrooms, only the kitchen. Parking was really expensive at $40 a day. The lobby was kind of hard to find.
Location
No fresh wash clothes, the ac was tempting at 76, staff very unfriendly
The location was awesome! Great Experience and my girlfriend loved it! The room was everything i requested and the lady on my checkin made sure it was possible! It was an amazing view and id definitely do it again?
Place is horrible, canceled my stay the day of, and said there was nothing they can do, the absolute worst customer service, do not stay
The room was clean upon arrival. Amenities such as the pool and the cafe bar were nice. Good location by the Wharf and surrounding food areas.
The room faces the train tracks so even on floor 8, it was really loud to sleep. The train runs all night so you are awakened by trains going for 2-3 minutes non-stop. You know it's bad if they provide you with earplugs on your arrival. Also during check in, there was no staff at all available at the desk. We arrived around midnight and were eager to get into our room. It took us almost an hour at check in. I will say the staff at the front desk is fairly not helpful at all. They made US call the Sonder customer support for help instead of them taking care of it. Even then, when I originally asked for an higher floor room, the guy at the desk just immediately said "we have no availability" without even checking. I even asked if he could check and he just assured me there were no rooms. After I got on the call with customer support, THEY said they had a higher floor available and let us take floor 8 instead of floor 4. Terrible check in experience! Why lie instead of checking if something was available? Especially after we waited an hour at check in. The staff has no idea what they are doing, every question I could see they were just slowly typing to some online agent. They don't have any clear Sonder staff who can help. Even a late checkout was denied. If you need additional towels or blankets, they have no one on site to help you so it's just up to you to figure it out.In addition, the shower is huge yet the pressure was really low. The shampoo bottles were falling off the wall, to a point I had to just put it on the ground. The bottles didn't even work that well. The flooring and furniture seems cheap. The bed rattles when you sleep, and the pull out is not comfortable in the slightest. The lack of parking is also a nightmare. The closest street parking is $4/hr 24/7, so that adds up quickly. There's a few near by garages but not convenient if you have a lot of luggage.
