Pros +

The owner/proprietor was extremely nice and cordial. I showed up and day early and left a day earlier too. The room was clean and simple. Nothing special. The hotel/pool too was clean and simple and much preferred over a chain hotel.
Much nicer than expected....room and staff great with handy location.
Everyone was so nice 👍

Cons -

The 'breakfast' was packaged muffins and bananas. I'm hoping that this was due to covid restrictions otherwise it would have been nice to have a coffee/croissants/muffins/fruits.
Everything was all clean.
Everything was good great stay
