Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort

We enjoyed the rooftop pool and beach access and amenities. The food is good at the restaurants, the staff was very helpful, attentive and accommodating. It's close to Las Olas + shops. Use circuit app to move around for free or public buses.

We had some issues with the shower temperature not adjusting. We also asked for more beach towels and towels in the room. You can always ask front desk for towels if needed.

It's a small boutique hotel close to the main action of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff was very friendly and accountable.

The motel style made it a little tough on rainy days. The resort fee was high.

I loved the mid century modern theme, the complementary activities like the Wednesday social and the yoga classes were also great additional perks.

The roof top pool was kind of dirty, the water was murky and it smelled like rain water (no disinfectant), and the bottom of the pool had a lot of rocks/sand/debris.

Such an awesome view from the pool. I didn't want to leave. Bartenders, servers and front desk were all class acts! Thank you!

If I were to nit pick, then I might say to have 2 different types of pillows. My wife likes the fluffy type and I like the ones that were in the room, where you squish it up to your liking. We had 4 pillows and ordered 2 more thinking they'd be different

Location was excellent, the atmosphere was a great boutique, cosy vibe. Staff friendly and professional

Quick access to beach & restaurants

A few of the other guest were a little loud but overall good experience.

This was a charming hotel with a convenient location. It was out of the way of the loud strip of A1A restaurants / shops, but within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The room was one of the best we had stayed in - lovely.

We dealt with a shower that did not drain, but this was quickly fixed. Big issue - the fire alarm went off three times in one night. No one let us know if we could reenter building and no assistance. Felt unsafe.

They charged an extra fee at the end of the trip for a "resort fee" that we did not know about.

I highly recommend staying at the Goodland! Everything is brand new! The customer service was 5 star the additional accommodations provided along with the vibe and positive energy creates the perfect balance for a relaxing getaway!
