Pros +
- Hotel was kept clean, staff was very courteous and free breakfast and parking and 24hr coffee and tea in the lobby was great, and felt safe.
- Lobby, coffee and sparking water.
- Hotel employee at the front desk was very pleasant.
Cons -
- The room floor tiles where lifted and made squeaky noise, needs to be replaced.
- Understaffed, rooms not ready by expected time, had to change rooms because air conditioning was not working.
- Yes! The swimming pool was not available!!!! We had planned on utilizing it. Big disappointment!
