The location, right across from the dive meet and a few blocks away from the crazy party scene. The view is amazing. The rooms are spacious. The gym was top notch. The hotel staff tried their best. The pool is great.

Lots of stains on the carpet in our room. The fan did not work in our bathroom. The A/C was really loud to the point it wakes you up at night. I could hear the people in the next room. The resort fee is ridiculous and overpriced for what it offers.

I love the room, it was clean and the view of ocean was amazing, all of the staff with the exception of one Rivera bartender was great, the bartender at the pool area was excellent. She did a great job.

The complimentary bikes are old, dusty and 2 of them didn't work, the guy bartender at the Rivera restaurant was rude and had an attitude, the pool area needed to be cleaned better and towel cabinets need to be replaced. Fridge in the room was noisy

Dish Network eliminated some name brand channels from viewing (ABC) so couldn't watch Oscers.

The sheets smelled so clean! view was great of marina. Beach was perfect! (Even tho you cross the street to get to it!) so nice to have towels and chairs at the beach in with the resort fee, about time a hotel gives you something for the resort fee!

The pool is wayyyy too small for the hotel! Not enough staff at pool bar. And they were out of many things during our stay

YES - the exorbitant extra fees that I did not see in the initial deal that was offered. The daily resort fee and the daily parking fee (whether you used your car or not) made this trip hundreds of dollars more expensive than I was expecting

My only problem was housekeeping skipped our room twice. We needed towels, coffee, and the included water bottles.

Location to beach/bars restaurants. Upgrade of room.

Gym could have been nicer.

The hotel was directly across from the beach where they had chair and towels for the patrons of the hotel. They did charge for an umbrella and the price was a bit much. It was nice to have an on-site bar and restaurant also.

I asked for an ocean view room. The ocean view was a small sliver as the room directly overlooked a massive construction site. The sounds from the construction were loud, annoying, and not conducive to paying $---/night. Mgmt said they couldnt move us.

Very Chic decor. Great location. Excellent restaurant and bartenders. beautiful pool was pristine.

Resort fees are very lofty in addition to the room charges.

Location!! View from rooms are incredible...Nice modern, comfortable rooms! LOCATION is near EVERYTHING!! Great restaurants- beach- shops...easy to access highways, traffic not too heavy!! Beautiful HOTEL!!

AC went out on our last night so room was a bit uncomfortably warm, but have stayed here many times so know it was a one off situation. It was fixed when we went down in am .

The location, valet, and front desk staff were very pleasant.

Room service did not clean the room or make our beds. Towels were not clean, overall the room was okay

Nice hotel can use a little more detailed cleaning , n x5 to night stand was filthy

$45 resort fee covers to beach chairs, but does not cover umbrella which they want $30 . Free umbrellas by the pool though. This is why I won¿t be back.

The location was great and the amenities along with the staff were nice.

The HVAV unit was inefficient and did not work as expected. It was very warm in the room and prevented a good night of sleep and rest. I¿m very disappointed considering how nice the hotel is and the location. There were no accommodations from the hotel.

Staff was really nice.

Was eating by the restaurant downstairs and there was a roach by where we were eating. I was given the wrong entree item and didn¿t even realize until I started eating because I never had either food but it was not was described. The rooms needs a refres

Beautiful Hotel. Excellent location- within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants View was spectacular- both Marina side and Oceanside Valet parking -took car in elevator to very secure parking area Staff was very friendly and helpful

Excellent staff- met a variety of employees but all were friendly, professional and supportive

You should not have to ask to have your room cleaned daily

Clean, friendly, easy beach access, easy access to other places.

Restaurant is very expensive and very plain. Looks more like a diner. The menu is limited. Fancy prices but very bland restaurant. Bagel and cream cheese costs $9.00. The required valet parking is in a tight space with limited staff.

Staff great. Room was very clean, modern and tidy.
