The staff was very nice and its own way. The room is very clean.
Nothing at all.
Location only!

Cons -

There was so much wrong. The sheets are threadbare & have holes & stains on them & they expect you to sleep with those. The walls & bathroom have paint that has been peeled over the years and never touched up. And so much more.
The doors all showed signs of quickly repaired forced entry. Wouldn't hold bags for us for a couple hours and so made us pay an early check in fee. The mattress was very thin. You don't want this place.
This is a low budget hotel. No hot water! Curtains falling off windows and door not very secure. Light switch turns tv off. I over paid for this 1 star motel

Everything about it was excellent The staffs, excellent! Their willingness to help was great. I love it! I enjoyed my breakfast there. I totally enjoyed my mini-vaca. I can't wait for a full vacation.
