It was very expensive and they charged you for the continental breakfast $24 anything you bought there was extremely priced high

I had to keep calling for face towel and they did not have beach chairs for the beach. In my opinion, they were short staffed

The ladies at the front desk were not friendly. But Nicole was very friendly and gave great customer service I was woke up by construction

The daily amenity fee $25, which was not mentioned during booking or anywhere in the description. And the fact that we were forced to use it for food - not worth the quality or portion size.

Layout, decore and location

Doors did not shut properly without a 2/3 minute juggle with door handle and chub lock. Not great! The cold and hot water tap had been installed incorrectly, where you have to have the tap on the cold setting for hot water to come out and vice versa.

It was clean .. new

We were expecting and paying for a room with ocean view.. our view was a big building under construction. Then got moved to another room. That was too noisy and ugly .. then shower had no gel or conditioner

I liked the modern and clean design of the hotel.

The rooms are on the small side and are set up as barebones. No closet and no table. There wasn¿t even an info pamphlet in the room. The construction next door was a slight negative as well. The hotel does have pretty good sound proof windows/doors.

Coffee carafes in restaurant and lobby empty during breakfast.

New modern facilities and rooms....good coffee station and 2 bars.

The lot next door to the hotel was under construction. All dozen view balconies had to succumb to 8 hrs a day of construction noise. We ended up moving to a room with only a partial view which was not as desirable as what we had booked

The staff was amazing and friendly throughout the stay. They made recommendations of things to do and just overall were professional and helpful.

Arrived and the hotel before noon on a Saturday and got lucky to get a room. The staff was amazing and remembered your name the whole stay.

$43 valet. Not a bad price for the location but was the only option they have.

The bathroom was flushing and the lights in the bathroom and they did not have a microwave in the rooms at all the hotel was pricey for the problem that was going on in the hotel the front desk told me that some of the rooms haven¿t been used yet .

The property is like a very simple airport hotel with very inflated prices. The only good thing was the view from the room

Terrible front desk staff

Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I was told I had to pay a $40 daily fee for my service animal, which is illegal. At checkout, when I confronted the front desk, they tried to claim my dog wasn’t a service animal—even though I had all proper documentation. When the manager got involved, he said he would remove only two nights of charges and still make me pay for the remaining night. I refused, explaining it violated their own policy, and only then did they agree to remove all the fees—while giving me major attitude.It didn’t end there. As I headed to my car, an employee ran up saying they “forgot” to charge me for valet and needed to print a new bill. I checked the previous bill and saw that none of the dog fees were actually removed and I had been charged for every night. When they returned with the new bill, it suddenly included three nights of valet, even though I only used two. When I pointed out both bills were wrong, the staff member insisted, “the valet said it’s three nights, so it is what it is.” I had to provide proof that I parked on the street the first night before they finally corrected it.All this happened while I was trying to get to the airport, and at no point did anyone apologize for the repeated mistakes or the inconvenience. Instead, they had the valet hand me the corrected bill rather than walking it back to my car themselves.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were rude, uninformed, and careless. I will never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff

Was told breakfast was free till 11 am..I don't eat breakfast but did thinking it was free so I would be full for a while then a waitress gave me two bills for $50 each because I had two rooms...wasn't happy about that at all. Plus the lighting in the bathroom was horrible..it was so bright I couldn't even turn it on.

The breakfast is always on point at the AC. I love it so much!

The only thing I can say that I didnt like is how hard it is sometimes to access the bikes on the app.Also I wish the pool had its own towels and that the water in the pool could be more cold.

Location was great

Power kept going off in bathroom. Would have to get maintenance to correct.Very minimal storage for clothes.
