The location is perfect for dinners and shopping. Hotel is clean and nice

Rooms are big, location is excellent, Roof top bar is awesome so is the coffee bar downstairs.

The breakfast was basic, could be improved further.

The pool was good

Service was poor. Check in delay without getting any estimation or explanation (waiting with Little kids). Found bacon and bottles under the sofa. The free breakfast was really bad. Not what we expected.

Paid upfront in full then they hit my credit card SEVERAL TIMES for bogus charges!! Staff was terrible, unhelpful. Hard to find registration. There were several guests in line, that too, had their credit cards charged fraudulently. Would never stay there

Fun pool area. Decor was lively and cute. Love that my room had kitchenette. Breakfast in am was fun, too!

The staff! Ugh! Issues with them every step of the way. Rude, lazy, always took a very long time to be served. Bartender lady at pool was awesome, but everyone else was awful. Worst service I have had in a while!

The room had nice decoration and excellent location

No hot water in the room, asked for toothbrushes took several calls and 3 hours later

It was clean and well kept.

The breakfast was basic and not that great. I was not allowed to bring my own drink to the pool, I was kicked out for that. And when I came back out, I was kicked out again at Sunset around 7pm. Inwas not able to enjoy the pool. The ac was broken all nigh

The Roof top Pool, Bar and staff were all amazing. The room view, the Lobby and breakfast were also incredible. We were very surprised and impressed with the quality of this hotel. It is a great deal for the money even has free shuttle.

It was a nice hotel.

Not all staff members were friendly or welcoming. I was approached by a female worker on the first floor on my second night's stay, and she stopped my daughter and I from going on the elevator to ask what floor we were going to. I told her the 9th floor, and this is our second night staying, and we have a key. It was not a problem in asking. I was just uncomfortable because there were other guest walking through the lobby, and she did not stop them. The valet guys were friendlier.

No WiFi and not told about it. We are from Uk so had to purchase a roaming bundle to order Ubers, check in to flights etc. was only a small problem but given the price we paid I would expect good back up plans here

Disappointing

the vallet took our car charge. We made a formal complaint and they said they would look at the cameras but nothing happened.

Close to airport and cruise terminal. Walkable, restaurants on site very good. Awesome rooftop bar. Complementary breakfast was good. Room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Great price
