We loved the hotel?s aesthetic and appreciated being able to enjoy drinks, We loved the hotel's aesthetic and appreciated enjoying drinks, dinner, and the rooftop bar and lounge without leaving the building.

After dinner, we went to Sparrow, thinking it was self-seating since the hostess station was off to the side. The older hostess commented that we were ?table squatting,? which made us uncomfortable, so we decided to end the evening and return to our room.

Surprise fees. Modified fees. Over charged. Room smelled like urine. Awful. No soap. Crazy staff of ghetto folks with gold teeth, talking urban language, or Haitian ¿¿

Surprised by triple overcharges. $100.00 per day charged to credit card as deposit to be held for weeks.

Over charges that were not disclosed. Charges should have been to the room $100.00 per day incidental charges were charged onto credit card. Reconciliation is difficult. A unexpected hour plus effort.

There was nothing we liked about this hotel.

Paid for room in advance. Arrived at hotel and they had no rooms available. Staff was obnoxious-especially CARIE-and offered ZERO solutions.We waited in the lobby for hours like homeless people until they found an unfit off-market room. Never going back.

It is clean, has the best ambiance and everyone is really friendly and helpful.

Everyone is nice except one person

Staff very helpful, clean , well managed.

Requiring valet parking is obnoxious. The soundproofing leaves a great deal to be desired. I could hear the person in the room next to me talking in his phone as if he were with me, and the music from the upstairs club at night.

The room was nice

The surprise $32 valet parking fee with NO self park option was not good. The staff at check in was cold and rude. The first room we were given was not cleaned and not even an apology given - just a new key. Truly expected much better.

It's brand new. State of the art.

$32.00 is way too much to charge for parking. That may keep me from returning.

Loved the modern feel and amenities

So the elevators did take getting used to, as did the lobby being on a different level than the entrance, and that entrance was barely marked. As for the room it felt like they rushed to get it done. Just some fit and finish issues.

The staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is good. I also enjoyed the view from my room.

My room had bed bugs!! I couldn't sleep after finding bed bugs. The room also smelled horrendous. It smelled like thick commercial paint trying to cover up an overpowering smell of mold and mildew. There was also no room service.

They were overbooked so they cancelled my reservation and sent me to ac hotel which was a very uncomfortable place.

Cool beachy modern vibe. Clean and very spacious rooms

Room not ready on early arrival which is always a bummer but ready by stated 4pm check in time. I had emailed ahead of time letting them know we would be arriving early

Breakfast was excellent, staff were fantastic and facilities were spotless.

The restaurant downstairs was closed for a private function, the roof restaurant was nice but noisy as it doubles as a club with DJ and not our cup of tea.
