I will have to stay away. Under the new management it's not a good place. I'll say this one thing. But it's a lot . Ok, deposit 20 in case something happens to the room. Ok. Well, how about you make the deposit and in the room there's roaches. Seriously, you can't make this up! Last thing. Under this new management you can't take your breakfast to the room. It's not a loud . Huh? It's like saying you can't eat in the room at all, huh? I know it hasn't anything to do with roaches. Also, they got off of booking. Com. To raise the price. So, no return for me.

The room was fine. I only saw 2 critters.

The new management! Now they want you to put up 20 bucks in case you mess up the room? Yeah, ok. Also, they have a sign in the lobby to where you have to eat the breakfast in the motel lobby. You can't take it to your room! New management! Also they are no longer on booking. Com folk's! So they will charge you more.. I'm not going to return!

The front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous. There was no question asked when we asked for a different room because of the smell of cat urine in our original room

The cleaning staff could do better at cleaning. The floors were dirty and gritty. Our first assigned room had a terrible cat urine smell and I am severely allergic to cats.

The shower had strong pressure the beds was soft compound quiet outside.

The lady at front desk not to friendly stayed 2 nights and went for breakfast come back to.neing locked out had to walk up.to room to get key reopened

Nothing, we had a very bad night. We didn't even slept it was a bad experience

Broken remote control for tv, bed sheets had stains on the mattress very hard, bugs on the floor and debris on the bed and floor.

It was dirty, it had bed bugs, there were blood stains and it look like poop stains on the bed. The bathrooms weren’t all that clean and it felt like a horror hotel. I only stayed for one day and checked out.

Live right down the road , had family emergency and was booked and inside room in a total of 10 min

Had plenty of vacancy, could have put me away from other guests instead of putting the 10 rooms booked all grouped together

The hotel is located conveniently. The building is extremely not maintained. Everything is very old , dirty, moldy.Smells humid, stinks….Breakfast is poor.

No good cleaning, bathroom was dirty specially the bathtub with mildew and all over the shower curtain, toilet was covered with urine, beds wasn’t clean

It was disgusting. The place was filthy from the bed linens to the shower. No water pressure at all and the staff was rude.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They seem up-to-date on ADA service dog laws. Housekeeping was very sweet and went above and beyond to communicate and provide great service. It’s on the opposite end of town from the main hotel hub, so it’s in a quiet part of town (albeit next to the interstate).

Rooms need a very deep clean, more than the surface-level cleaning we got daily. Property is a little run-down.

I want my money back...

Room was disgusting . Cigarette burns in the blankets , the water pressure was low , the water only ran cold when I let the front desk know they said it will be solved wasn’t solved till 2 hours later . I was discussed the counter tops were flithy and the floor was sticky . I left at 12 that night I couldn’t even stay long .

First room, 130, heat & air did not work. Next room was moved upstairs room 208. Towels were stained. Tub stained. Mildew every were around tub, Dust hanging from ceiling. This hotel should be closed by the health dept. Our friend choose this hotel and location. Never again will I trust his judgement, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE< Reminds of a hotel charged by the hour for the nasty and hookers,

The girl at the desk was very nice

Cleanliness of the room. We had to kill several roaches (not water bugs) we requested non smoking and people obviously smoked there, stains on furniture and mold

Filthy room

Everything was dirty. sheets never changed and gross. It even had blood on the pillows., bed itself was disgusting, It reeked of cigarettes even though I paid for a smoke free room. Shower was gross as well. Toilet too. they provided us with cleaning supplies to clean the room ourselves.he did as if I wanted him to do it though. After cleaning and sanitizing everything the saty was better. And the stopper on the door is broken. So keep door completely locked.

If u accidentally leave something,...

Toilet clogged. Room smells. Cover-up infused smell smells even worse. Kids drinking, smoking, & blasting music in parking lot. Think staffer was drunk. Take my advice & KEEP DRIVING.

Cool Eagle! Clean & Friendly Staff. Easy in from East, looong U-turn to get back from West. Good Rates.

The rooms need some upgrades badly and the bathtubs has rust stains everywhere curtains were torn

The most disgusting place ever, dirty, no blankets changed, bad smell, the worrs front desk service by the lady in the night shift. She was rude and aggressive. Only the guy in the morning was nice . This place should be closed.
