Cons -

Could do a lot better job with general maintenance. The first room offered Stunk! The air filter and air conditioning unit looked as though it has never been cleaned. Mold inside! Second room also had minor issues. Security latch, tub curtain rod etc
The floor was sticky in places and after walking on it barefoot for 2 minutes the bottoms of your feet were black. Not cool.

It was close to an event at the local High School, which was the purpose of the trip.

The floor was sticky in places and after walking on it barefoot for 2 minutes the bottoms of your feet were black. Not cool.
