- The room was not clean
- Everything in the room was all worn out. Curtains old and dusty. Mildew smell. Outside paint chipping off doors and staircases. Pool was filthy. Advertising continental breakfast and there was not.
- Mold in the bathroom, dry outdated and rug was damp and moist.
