Never used, horrible communication for check in

Everything!!! waiting on refund

The room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated.

The first thing we noticed was it was difficult to get to the room. We spent 30 minutes trying to gain access to the room. Once in poolside, no pool just dirt. Than I noticed the $--- room charged $--- to my card with a $25 fee and & $59 fee.

The location was good

This hotel was nothing that was in the pictures. It was extremely dirty with flies all over the room. It smelt and was very run down. The walls were dirty along eith the appliances. The bed had the thinnest blanket and was extremely uncomfortable.

The Location

This place needs work the pool was collapsed just a pile of concrete and old wood. The walls in the building were collapsed in most places. I expected to swim and sit poolside which was impossible!

. I did not like anything about this hotel and that the hotel double booked my stay with some random person. A random person had the code to my hotel room and came in and slept in my bed after I had already checked in.

I am very upset and looking to contact the news journal about the situation.

We loved that it was right on the beach. It was a very nice room!

The only issue we had was our ac didn¿t work, we messaged them and someone came in and took pictures of it and never came back? & The fact that there is never any staff in the building, we tried several times to go to the front desk & nobody was there.

The management was so very sweet!
