The Staff Was Amazing ! The Room Was Nice Tidy And Big

The staff was extremely courteous and even offered us an upgrade because there was some construction going on at the time.

I honestly cannot find a negative anywhere in that the room was clean and neat. The staff was very courteous. The rate was very good and even the weather was beautiful.

Yes I was not expecting a deposit of $100 which I?m still waiting on to be returned back to my card

The pool wasn?t there (under construction, dismantled). The doors in the room weren?t sealed, the ceilings/bathtub were dirty, the bedding was stained, etc.

The hotel did not have no food and half of the hotel was wash away with the hurricane

I did not like the way the hotel was I couldn't barely see the ocean

pool was closed and they didnt clean room during stay beds where small

There was bugs in bathroom very dirty got hurt due to no lights on outside. Hallways

The only thing My family and I liked about the hotel was the ocean front it has and the pool.

After we went out to go shopping and having dinner, whenever we got back their was no parking spaces. And the parking spaces were horribly small. The morning we left, the house keeping was only sweeping and moping and not changing bed covers.

It was dirty stunk and had bugs.My bed was ridiculously old and was like sleeping in a taco shell.Inwaa disgusted.

Door was rusty, toilet didn¿t flush, cracks in bathroom floor, no shower liner, bathroom floor sinks when stepped on, only one towel in room.

The hotel has mildew in the bathroom. When you laid down in the bed you felt bugs crawling all over you. The outlet looked like it caught fire at sometime. Our room had a bad odor smell and we didn¿t even have a coffee pot. This place was absolutely gross

At first is was awful, but once we settled in for the night it was okay. The bathroom/shower helped too and then we watched a movie. It was a very short stay so that helped too.

The price for the hotel. It should have been under 70 dollars. It didn't feel like it wasn't worth what we paid, we almost left early because it felt sketchy, it's okay for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay longer than one night.

On the beach

Couldn¿t do laundry,vending machine didn¿t work,staff opened up door without knocking at 10:10

The location was great and steps from the beach! Staff was really friendly and helpful. The overlook area was simply amazing!

The view was the best thing about this hotel.

The service was terrible. The were rude.!! The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows weren’t even real pillows. My wife and I didn’t get a food nights rest our entire stay.

Unfortunately, we left early I checked in to 1 room that had many roaches throughout. Room switched less roaches but still were several. Asking hotel to contact me to contract out on cleaning. I can get the rating up and get rid of pest.
