Location was great

Room was semi clean, there was stains on the comforter and couch, and pile of seeds and m&ms under the bed. Clearly it was not vacuumed. Bed was very uncomfortable and dipped in the middle.

Room has Lots of lighting making the space feel bright and welcoming.. Very comfortable bed – perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchenette included in the room, which is super convenient for preparing small meals. I appreciated the free breakfast that came with the stay. The food prepared tasted great, and there was a good variety available. Staff & Service was very nice and very accommodating They made us feel welcome and were attentive to your needs.

The only downside was that finding parking was a bit challenging, especially when the hotel was busy. It took a while to find a spot if any

Great staff. Very clean. Great space In suite. Quality breakfasts. Felt safe. Easy parking. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to great restaurants and book shop. Swimming pool area looked good!

Old tv in living area and couch but I think it’s being renovated which means I would go back. I could not close the curtains over to block out light and for privacy. A sauce pan and cutting board would be helpful in the kitchen. The coffee machine did not work but had a wonderful staff member replace it. Liked that it was easy to walk straight into hotel past the swimming pool but was wondering do people feel safe with the pool open to the car park. Not sure did not get the chance to go for a swim.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The location is excellent, the grounds are well kept. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed that breakfast was something different each day. Location was great to all areas of interest.

1. There's only one way in and one way out. Makes it difficult with a truck and trailer to maneuver. 2. Only one elevator was operating. 3. For the most part, the room was clean, but didn't feel "sanitized" clean.

Rooms were not clean. They were torn up, stained, there was leftover shower supplies from previous guest in the shower. Pillows had mold.

Bed were very comfortable, clean and a good size room, pet friendly and very comfortable and quiet.

Excellent hotel! The staff are very accommodating.

I didn’t give a 10 because the 2 dryers in the laundry room were broken and didn’t work. You find this out After taking wet clothes out of the washer. Completely unacceptable!
