Daytona Beach Resort Condos

Everything. I couldn’t check in till late because it’s privately owned condos, and the info wasn’t given until I had to sit on hold several times, the elevators stopped working. We were on the 9th floor, hotel smelled weird, bed were so old they caved in

The indoor pool was not open. No hot tub.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed! It was a last minute trip that we planned and I did not read the reviews. I will never go back there again. The pools were non-operational and green. They weren't even covered to help hide them.

None of the amenities were available and nothing mentioned about this in the description. There was no air in the hallways or elevators. First floor smelled musty. I booked the room for my daughter and son in law.

Absolutely nothing. No pool, no beach access. No on-site parking. Please read this review. It's a scam. It's a sham and the service is piss. Poor, very rude and disrespectful

Absolutely, everything place is a joke. I understand they went through a hurricane a couple years ago but don't advertise this as glamorous with no pools. No beach access and no on-site parking and your attitude needs a total adjustment. You suck

The ocean view balcony was amazing and a/c worked great. Easy access. Was a great place at one time I’m sure.

All 3 pools closed. Pictures and info need to be updated. Elevators need a lot of work.

Cancel my reservations due to the pool, being closed spoke to the owner of the condos told me I cannot get a refund booking.com still hasn’t refunded me booking.com show pictures of the pool after I paid. I got an email that the pool was closed. Bad advertisement false advertisement, be aware on who you booked through but the owner of the condo should’ve been understanding and refunded my money who has 421.00 to throw away disputed from my bank, waiting on answer owner of the condo gave me a hard time and so did booking.com. Be aware of your surroundings and who you trust..,

The room was spacious with a great view!

The elevators were constantly out of order. Amd the pools were out of service.

I loved how the beds elevate your head/feet IF YOU WANT (anti snore) I also loved how the unit had EVERYTHING in it (dish soap, chairs, umbrella, body wash, ECT) & of course the view was AMAZING

I'm very upset because it doesn't mention that ALL THE POOLS are OUT OF SERVICE until AFTER you book a room.

Security and amenities, and parking and no surveillance cameras for security and my was vandalized in the parking lot with no surveillance

That spent 1800 on trash hotel with no breakfast in the morning, no parking on sight and felt like I had to grad my car to make sure it didn't get towed. Understand that a hurricane had hit, and they did say when booking there's no pool. I feel like the they should either come down on that price. Not only that I wanted a balcony with sea view. I feel like I got tricked because the room I got had both don't get me wrong , but we were on the top floor right next to the road and a one foot wide balcony. Not on the beach like I wanted. I wear an xl so that balcony couldn't fit me, but boyfriend couldn't even go out because it made him nauseous. I don't even want a refund because it is what is. Same person I used to book with cuss other customers as well.

I was lied too and disrespected. I called to ask questions and to let out my displeasures, the lady said on the phone “oh well, cancel if you want too” and then hung up the phone. Would never want my worst enemy to stay here.

The property was horrible. There was no parking , not able to go to the pool, place is so out dated , no customer service . I would never stay there again ever. Not happy at all. Requested even before I got there when I heard there was no parking and pools and the owner was rude and said no that it wasn’t advertised ! The parking was several blacks away no light just horrible . The towels given stank , the bed was hard, all furniture was so outdated . Overall not happy at all. You open the balcony and I guess people where smoking marijuana and you could smell it so you couldn’t enjoy the water view and even if you wanted the view was so bad with everything damaged down there in the property .

Did not like the parking situation. We stayed at hotel Sunday-Tuesday, because we didn't want to lose our parking space. The amenities could have been better. Did not see why breakfast could not be served, or the fitness room and indoor pool could not be used. Beach access from the pool deck would have been great. Had to walk around building to get to the beach.

The listing said there was multiple pools, spa, restaurants etc.. there were none of these. The place should be condensed. At times we had to use the stairs (12 floors) because the elevators didn’t work.

The place was filthy! The bedding has gross stains. It smelled musty and Renata was incredibly rude and tried to blame us when there was nobody at the reception to check us in.
