Privacy And ocean view Very clean very quiet not like big hotels We really enjoyed our stay

Door didn’t lock on sliding door so they had a pvc pipe in place to hold door shut, chair was broken,screen door was ripped and wouldn’t open and no one seemed to work there, which was fine just would’ve like to show them the things

It was clean and in a quite location.

No it was very clean and nice great view of the beach.

When you enter through the private bamboo gates, you¿re in the quiet, boutique-style retreat that you were searching for. Our unit was immaculate! All the lights were on to welcome us. This place IS the best-kept secret! The hotel is steps from the ocean!

Beautiful clean apartment with patio facing the ocean. All beach items like chairs and boogie boards were provided. Think I even saw some bicycles.

Paid a TON of money for the apartment and wasn't allowed to smoke on our patio.

The quiet relaxation by the pool, overlooking the ocean was absolutely the best. The room was very good. Very clean. The room was well stocked with towels, soaps and had about every detail you might need. The rain showerhead was a plus. Very surprised!

Penthouse had an excellent view of the waterfront.Staff was wonderful. Room was very clean. Free laundry facilities. Price was reasonable for waterfront. Quite and safe. Adults only.Beautiful pool & lounge areas & parking lot.

A few functions were showing their age, IE patio screen door, small table for lounge chairs. Water in room took a long time to heat up in kitchen & bathroom sinks. No in room telephone, luckily we had our cell phones.Pool was filtered, no chlorine.

The property is clean, cozy and cute. The property management went above my expectations. We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We arrived and they left her a gift for her birthday. That was very thoughtful. I loved how the place was family friendly and not like an overcrowded hotel. I would definitely book this place again.

Great little resort. Staff very friendly, easy check in , nice and clean.

The location was perfect.

The smell of our room was very musky the moment we walked in and the smell remained throughout the duration of our stay. The floors weren’t very clean and the shower didn’t seem very clean either. The bed wasn’t very comfortable in comparison to other hotels or air bnbs I have stayed in throughout the years.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean, smelled good and the bed was sooo comfortable. We will be back.

The way the website looked, it look like the rooms were all oceanfront. Ours was not. It was on the side.

Enjoyed are stay and will re book this for future dates during bike week. Loved the cottage unit that we had. Just steps away from the walk out to the beach. Enjoyed morning coffee on the platform that overlooks the ocean.

Really big suite, lots of room and direct beach access.

No communication about our booking being changed. We booked a particular suite only to arrive and find out we had been given another suite that did not suit our needs. We spoke with the PM who made the suite we had originally booked available for us the following day. Any disappointed could have been avoided with some communication from the property before we arrived.

The location was convenient. Access to the beach was excellent. The property was quiet which is what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary.

Everything was fine; however, the parking lot is small. This did not negatively impact us at all.

The only thing is when you come up from the beach, there is no lock on the gate. We saw a lot of people that wasn’t even staying there come up and get in the pool and get on the property. We ran alot of them off. It needs a lock that has a code that only people staying there have

The uniqueness. We booked the Penthouse and it was fantastic, happy wife, happy husband. We enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean through the palm trees. What you see on the website is exactly what you get, could not be better. The short walk from our room to the ocean was perfect. If you don't like crowded resorts this place is for you. The swimming pool was great, very clean and you practically had it to yourself.

There is nothing that I didn't like.
