The hotel is nice and clean for the price

Not only was the shower water cold, but it flooded the floors all the way to the front door, and we were in an accessible room which seemed dangerous in my opinion

When using ironing board a needle fell out, a person OD one night, we lost power another night, and to top it off the hot water worked occassionally. I should get my money back

Did not like where our room was could not see my car from this room. Couple people loitering near our room was kind of sketchy someone was also smoking weed could smell it down to our room.

They would not give a refund to these customers before me that room was a mess when they checked in and wouldn’t give them and I ain’t wanna stay in that deplorable room and refused to give a refund before we even stayed we walked in and the room a mess

Location close to interstate and close to everything.

Parking, Bikers were allowed to take several parking spaces with their large carriers and the bikes. I had to park in the adjoining Hotel's parking lot.

The room was dirty, furniture was old and in horrible condition, lamps with ripped shades didn’t work, broken outlet covers, a phone with no service, holes in the wall. Truly disgusting and disappointing.

Despite advertising free breakfast, when you check in there is a sign at the front desk saying that breakfast is discontinued. Also nobody tells you that check-in closes at midnight, we were coming from a concert and arrived a few minutes before midnight

The staff was helpful when the keys didn't work

The rooms were dirty, paint left overs on the floor. No hot water in the room, the pool wasn't available, breakfast wasn't available either.

It was in a good location

No hot water and the refrigerator did not work.

The way housekeeping ignored us for the whole week and refused to even offer towels or toilet paper

The $100 deposit I still haven't got back

They accommodated me when the TV didn't work by putting me in another room

Parking area not clean. Room has torn curtains. Air Conditioner was very loud./ room had a musty smell.

Better communication amongst their employees. The key card machine is outdated as I witnessed the same from other guest as I went a minimum of 5x's to have our keys fixed. NO WI/FI. The ONN ROKU Fire TV DEMANDED that I use my ROKU account

Have to eat in lobby. Ceiling patches fell almost hit my gf

A place to sleep, it was a dive

Room was old and yucky, TV did not work properly, office at check in was junky looking, breakfast was a joke, no coffee, no decent food. Not worth $---night

The bed bugs that bit me during the night and the rat that got in our room. The front desk clerk didn't care at all. And the manager refusing to give me a refund
