Overall it was a nice place and the accommodations were decent

Elevator broken made it very tiresome and inconvenient. Especially considering I was on the 3rd floor otherwise no complaints.

I enjoyed the location. The resort is conveniently located in front of a shopping plaza with a Publix, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, five Below, Bealls, Marshalls, Ross and some restaurants so you can easily purchase anything you may need. The resort is directly on the beach which is a plus and they have 3 pools to choose from one being indoors.

The room that I was given although it had amazing ocreanfront views was not convenient for a person with mobility issues. I specifically requested an ada room and was given a bathroom with a super high tub and a removable seat which took up half the tub. This made it very difficult to get in and out of even with the numerous grab bars. A recommendation would be to convert it to a shower and add a shower chair to make it easier. I also recommend 1 more cabana, a few more lounge chairs and umbrellas for the tables. On a busy holiday weekend there wasn't enough and the available tables with chairs had no umbrellas which deterred people from sitting in them due to the blazing sun. 3 handicap spaces was also not enough and the elevator closest to me was out of order the very next day and remained that way until I left 3 days later. A consideration would be to leave the 1st floor rooms for guests who are disabled and cannot use the stairs to avoid having to walk further to the other elevators. The wifi also kept going out forcing you to disconnect and reconnect.

Right On the beach, pools were great. John maintenance supervisor was beyond excellent. Rooms very clean. Katelyn was great. Location to stores excellent. Kitchen well stocked. Lots of seating outside

No balcony, front desk Mgr not nice. Fries at tiki bar not cooked, tiki bartender Katie walked up to our table and put a bottle of fireball in her pocket. On the expensive side, bad parking . No beach access at dark

Trash was all over the floor upon arrival

The rooms are fresh and bright with a large floor to ceiling window that faces the ocean. The outdoor area is beautiful. The pool (pools) and hot tub patio and tiki bar area is beautiful and has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to sit at. There is also a heated indoor pool and an indoor hot tub. Katelynn and Lisa were great bartenders, and will bring you food from the property cafe.

It would be nice to have a few umbrellas near the lounge chairs. Four pillows on the queen bed instead of three would have been better. Other than that everything was great.

Exterior door...motel style. Our room door was open (not just unlocked...it was ajar) when we arrived after midnight. Front desk said that the cleaning service must have accidentally left it open. Door/locks didn't seem too secure.

The availability of two pools to swim, lots of pool lounge chairs, and a hot tub. It is close to a grocery store and good restaurants (walking distance). The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. They provided pool towels in room for swimming. The kitchen room was prepared for four people with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, even some cooking supplies. Which was great. It helped reduce your cost of eating out so much. Breakfast was not included but they do have a hotel restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. We hope to stay here again next time we visit.

The only downfall was the pool/beach access was shut off after desk. If you wanted to walk the beach at night, you have to walk further down past the hotel to get access to the beach. I'm sure they do this for safety reasons. However, It was a bit inconvenient to walk the beach at night.

I loved the location. We were close by to some very good stores. We didn't have to travel far for anything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to this resort.

The indoor pool had to worked on and clean when we got there, so we didn't get a chance to experience that. My son bought his game system but was unable to use it, something was not working with the TV output.

Good location

No parking and the Jacuzzi didn’t work and didn’t get no reimbursement for it
