- Staff/cancellation policy. Stated 3 days prior to arrival- was April 5th. One of our flights got moved so on April 2nd I called/emailed to let them know that we would not be arriving till Wed.the 6th-not worried as still 3 days-but wouldn't refund--Upset!

Despite the hurricane damage to the back pool area. The hotel is nicely decorated and the staff was tremendously helpful. Staff were great and very helpful considering my visit was during Biketoberfest.
Just missing the pool and beach entrance.
