Place to sleep

The lay out of the outside area (pool) is terrible. The room balcony over looked a parking lot, even though we were ocean side. They charged guest to park. To access the beach you had to walk through a parking lot.... absurd!

Maintenance in my room on the second floor was lacking. Lights out etc. Also the air conditioner blows right on the bed so it's hard to maintain a consistent overnight temperature..

The front desk rep allowed my family of 6 to check in a little early with no issues. The staff were so helpful and the hospitality was completely amazing. The room was clean .

On the beach

Having my card charged additional on check in for ¿incidentals¿. Having to pay for parking -$10 per night. Booking ¿oceanview¿ and sorry, that¿s different from ¿oceanfront¿. It means facing the street. I could go on about the bedbugs, etc but no spa

You advertised a hot tub! No HOt Tub!! To me that is false advertising!! That is one of the main reasons we stayed there! Got there about noon and left about 2:30!! I am handicapped and couldn¿t get up from the toilet!! I was so disgusted! Never will go a

Wish they offered beach towels and recovery from last years hurricanes is progressing slowly. No hot tub either.

The closeness to the beach.

The AC/heat needs work. Even though I turned off the air conditioning in my room do unit continue to run. There also needs to be at least one sitting chair. The parking situation was mildly inconvenient, that is, having to park down the street.

Good food great staff

When I booked the room it said ocean view, but it was a small partial veiw.

Location and cleanliness of the whole place I don¿t know how they keep it clean! Breakfast was great! Loved the view in the room

Only bad thing was I asked for housekeeping to come by and they never did so we had trash pile up but everything else was wonderful

ALL Staff was great literally (Naomi and Barbara) Hotel clean, 20 minutes from airport.Everyone was genuinely kind. The beach right out back, had a place to purchase food but the choices are VERY LIMITED- breakfast wasn¿t too great- Same thing everyday

Honestly, the hotel was nice, free breakfast ( not free, im sure its probably included in the price of the room) Breakfast choices weren¿t the best, the same thing literally EVERY DAY- and for a person who doesnt eat everything- it was torture almost.

hotel parking lot was still a mess from a storm over a year ago. This made parking difficult.

The hotel was clean. They should use service other than satellite TV. Had one day of bad weather and no reception. Loved their Tiki bar staff there was great. Will definitely consider staying there on my next trip to Daytona Beach.

NO POOL OR jACUZZI FIRST DAY OUT OF ORDER WE WHERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS AND SPECIFICALLY PICKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE AMMENITIES THIS IS A RIP OFF!

Unexpected parking fees they charge $10 a day for parking and wasn't up front about it. You had to request housekeeping

The woman at the check-in was exceptionally nice and helpful.

We have stayed here a few different years and the hotel is starting to look worn. It needs some updates.
