ITS ON THE BEACH, heated pool, large patio for enjoying the beach quietly. We will be back every year we can. Rustic old beach theme hotel we loved it.

Not enough parking and the free wifi shuts off at 11:00pm every night we were there

The was spacious and appealing.

The late check in process with a fee and my family being harassed by staff. Rude owners/ management. Not family friendly environment.

Location

It's old, dated and needs a lot of work. The sliding glass door to the patio barely opened and was even more difficult to close. The pool and main patio area was closed / roped-off. The jacuzzi tub was nice but the jets did not work properly.

The location was nice. The outside of the motel was ok.

The room was dirty. The bathroom shower was gross to step on. The room has a musty smell. The refrigerator made this loud noise The air condition/heater was loud. The room was very bright ALL night. I would not recommend to anyone.

Old building. Needed updating. Pool closed.

Hot tub room; heated pool; spacious pool deck area with chairs and tables; location and access to beach; daily room sweeping; offering of pool towels at desk; microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker perfectly met our needs.

Needs a few repairs to outlets and cable was spotty service, but for a ocean front stay you normally wouldn't spend too much time in the room...and we didn't.

You are paying for the location

Extremely loud a/c unit that sounded like a semi-truck engine coming into the room woke us up repeatedly, so had to raise heat to keep it from coming on. Wedding party had a dj party in courtyard until late. Unsafe walkways for children with drop offs.

We had a king bed with courtyard view with beautiful st.Augustine grass, hammocks, & a grill setup that made us feel right at home. Room was a bit small for my liking but had all the necessities and was clean.

My husband and I like the location and have stayed at different places in the area. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning unit leaves water down the wall onto my belongings. Air conditioner didn't always work. Not enough plugs for coffeemaker, microwave and TV. Jacuzzi tub was very dangerous to get in/out. I am 5'6" and the shower head, AC controls, sink, we're too high for me to use or adjust. Frame for bed was bigger than mattress and hard to avoid hitting my legs. Room priced the same or higher than better rooms in the area.

Stay somewhere else.

Could not get a receipt at my check out time . Was told just leave key in black box by the front door hours are from 9 am I had to leave by 7. To get clean towels I was told to bring the used ones to the office and they would be replaced with clean ones.Four long nights I will stay somewhere else in the future.

Oceanfront

Occupants next door have been living there for weeks woke up at 6:30 AM screaming at the top of their lungs. Cops came twice, firetruck ambulance. Lady still screaming! Great way to start the new year. Management did nothing about it. Then randomly opened our door and tried to walk in.

Gates to pool and beach locked before the stated time. The flooring and tiles in the shower need some updating. I was also emailed that my request for a late check out at 12 noon was approved with no charge but was called at 11 and told I needed to leave or be charged $40. Despite showing them the email I was told I couldn't stay.

What I didn’t like about the property was once I entered my room. I can see crumbs and dust throughout the whole room. Also, the slider door was very hard to open. I have to pick it up to open it to go sit on the patio. The Jacuzzi didn’t even have the proper stopper so the water kept draining out. The Wi-Fi was horrible no service area. My phone was constantly on SOS. Fridge was leaking water if wasn’t closed right.

It was in a nicer part of town.

Upon checking in we were told that there was extremelyLimited parking and we would have to park directly behind someone or they would have to park behind us this blocking is in. That is unethical and against the law. We were not comfortable staying there because my husband has a heart condition. And if he needs to go to the hospital we would have to hope the person behind up didn’t shut their phone off for the night. Then the hotel refused to give us our money back.
