- Friendly staff and clean rooms

- Floors needed mopped. Turned our feet black (only 1 of our 2 rooms). Carpet needs updated.
- The staff was crappy. The shuttle never showed up and it was the middle of the night. I waited hours in the cold with my daughter. Ended up having to get an Uber.
