Hampton Inn Crystal River

The hotel was not clean whatsoever. Towels were stained, carpet was dirty. Sheets were old and had lint balls which felt like bugs crawling and AC did not function making the room loud as it vibrated. Completely disappointed. Worst Hampton Inn ever!

I love that the check in was a quick. after traveling for hours checking in within minutes to walk into a spotless spacious hotel room was great. the beds were exceptionally comfortably.

i think it was a bit over priced for the room and i wish breakfast had better options. atleast more variety of fruit. red delicious is the worst apple to offer.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

We were sent up to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet and had to wait 20 minutes before we could go in.

Customer service and location were great. I loved the coffee/tea breakstand 24/7

the location

we saw some guest with dogs and when we asked the staff, they said Hampton changed its no-pet policy a week ago to allow pets in every room. The website still said no pets when we booked, and we will never stay at a Hampton again due to the pets.

the room was quiet and clean and roomy...nice sized bathroom. the available coffee in the lobby and cookies were a nice touch. breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite good.

just the very cold hallways but that might be a COVID requirement.

It¿s convenience to my destination.

Not one staff member wore a mask..NOT ONE¿during the height of Delta Covid here in FL. I did not feel safe.

Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Came here from other motel on north end of town that was horrible. It¿s not a cheap stay, but it¿s worth it for peace of mind, cleanliness, and convenience to attractions. Do it.

Fire alarm from kitchen at 5am, but I¿m glad it worked and everyone was safe.

Check in/ check out staff was amazing and friendly. Experience was very quick. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Hotel employee at the front desk was AWESOME! She gave me easily directions to the hotel when google had me going in circles. When we checked in she was so pleasant and gave us a tour book of the available things to do while there and a map.

Very clean hotel, staff was nice at check in. The hotel was located in an area that is not great. But we were happy that the hotel was much more welcoming than the town that is located in.

The hotel was fine but we were hoping that it was located in the three sisters area. It is not far from there but a large contrast to the Peace we were looking for in the area.

Beds are HORRIBLE! Both mattresses were absolutely the worst. Every move you made you could hear the springs squeak. I won’t be back because of this. 2 days later mine & my husband’s back are aching.

Was given an upgrade when we got there. Very nice staff. Would stay again and recommend to others traveling in the area. Great location to everything we did.

The facilities were very clean and safeguards were in place to protect against cover. Breakfast was in a "take-away" bag to avoid gathering in the breakfast area. I felt very secure there.

Rooms looked brand new. Great decor and soft sheets an fluffy pillows with a beautiful duvet. Breakfast was outstanding. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit , pastries and breads. Very friendly staff. Great location to Crystal Rive

Found a few stains on one bed sheet and peanut shells when we pulled down the sheets to get into bed.
