- front desk was very rude will not stay there ever again
- Several issues: 1, chair was stained, 2, bed springs were broken, 3, door knob missing from closet door, 4, Paint pealing bathroom. Security was non existent, we reported a strange smell coming from an adjacent room, desk clerk said it was a gas leak.
- No hot water for 3 days. No information as to when it would be fixed, no offer of other arrangements, no credit for the inconvenience and overall didn't care.
