It rained one of the days !! LOL

It was directly on the beach. It had little places to sit all over the property.

They did not have extra pillows. The staff left during the night in case I needed anything.

Location is perfect, beach is steps away! My husband and I woke up early and was able to watch the SpaceX launch right from the property. Full sized refrigerator, smaller stove and oven combo, microwave, a basic coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils made it full like a home away from home!

There was dog hair on my bedsheets and I couldn't figure out the light switches for either bedroom for Fans and lights. Also didnt like the huge air conditioning machine. It wasn't a wall unit. It was a stand alone unit that was a pretty big eye sore. Also, they cut the plastic windows blinds to accommodate the large white air intake tube that goes outside. Just looks not so nice.

The place was low level It was overpriced others there told me the paid less by going direct. BUH BYE booking dot com Never Again with you!

Right next to the beach, if you surf its for you. Nice outside area and free parking. Communication was very good. The view from the room was spectacular

Facilities and room very dated and grubby. Also expensive for the quality of accommodation . It really needs a complete refurbishment and upgrade. With hindsight I would not have paid this rate for this accommodation

Twin beds were ok but full bed was too soft for me.

Location on beach and near cruise port.

It's an older facility, and we didn't have heat in first room. It was really cold that weekend, but staff very quickly adjusted and put us in another room. Very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were all very nice and welcoming. Its extremely close to beach and had their own little pavilion with grilling area. They offered makeup wipes and towels for face along with mini toiletries. The blankets and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had utensils and dishware so tou dont need to bring much to cook on-site. Stocked pretty well in my opinion.

For the price I would have thought the facility would be more updated. Little things like chips in the tub, the ceiling outside of our room had a big peice falling down, a potential hazard, and there was nothing to do within walking distance like eating or shopping.

Location to beach and Room 18 had a great ocean view…fantastic! It was very clean and very nice amenities. Loved the commons area for our dog. A very beach cottage feel.

One has to understand that it is a VERY old motel. Paint and concrete patching was every where.

The location is excellent.

The full bed was uncomfortable. The futon was very uncomfortable.

Perfect location for the beach, just a few steps from our room. The room was clean and came equipped with a full kitchen. It’s definitely old school, but clean, convenient and friendly staff. It’s would be good for families also.

Maybe the mattress could be updated, but still fine.

Horrible, uncomfortable, and terrible value

Location from Cruise ship too far. Room was dirty, definitely mold on furniture. When speaking to front desk in morning because they close desk at 8pm, was told owner not on premises during the weekend.

The hotel was small and charming, located directly on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The shower could have been a little stronger with a handheld shower head. The beds are older and not as comfortable as some hotels, but for the price, I couldn't have asked for anything better.

What breakfast? I liked the folks in the office. They were so friendly and helpful. I liked the grounds and facilities to use for large number of guests

There were no stores around to buy water and ifood for the room. Having no car so had to Uber everywhere.

Comfortable, clean, short walk to ocean!

Very clean and the small kitchen in the room was a nice plus. Husband loved the great water pressure in the shower. Cute outdoor lawn area with grill, seating, games, etc. Nice oceanview.

We came in late and parking area was very dark.

Very poor

Disgusting cupboards falling off the wall, lack of upkeep Ac Unit and heater we're disgustingly dirty never stay there
