All of the extras that were available

We had to wait an hour to check in even though we were there after check in time. This messed up our plans for the evening. We asked to be compensated by letting us check out an hour later but we were turned down. The pool bar was closed.

The friendly staff was the best part of the hotel and how close it was to the beach.

It could be a bit cleaner on the carpets, but other than that it was a great stay!

The hotel is quite dated with cracked sidewalks and rust on many metal surfaces.

Nice hotel. Dated but everything worked and clean.

Hall ways are loud and doors do not keep the noise out. Housekeeping is heard every morning at 9am calling to each other. 10am check out time is much too early.

We lost power early in the morning. My husband is on oxygen and they could not do anything for us . The power stayed out most of the day and they had to shut the pools down and it was way to hot to be outside and not in the pool.

Staff was friendly

The room assigned to me, was a run down musty smelling motel room, was not on the beach as advertised.

The TV was not working, I asked for assistance and no one seems to care about it.

The pool

Room stunk with overwhelming musty/chemicals smell. First night big beetle and cockroach, both dead. Second nite AFTER they cleaned, another big bug, also dead. Scared to sleep there. Redo entire building! Yuck!

It was a older hotel but VERY clean and quiet!

the room is made for a short person. I¿m only 5¿8¿ and I couldn¿t see my face in the mirror. The bathtub , i¿ve never seen one so shallow. They give you some dollar store towels and make you sign that you will return them or $40 each. save your mone

Although I didn't go to the beach, it was close by and would probably be the best selling feature of this place.

4pm check in and 10am check out is substandard. Especially for the inflated cost of this place. NO breakfast of any kind is included even though they call this place a resort. Good luck finding an ice machine if you stay on the first floor.

In a great location, price was very reasonable.

The rooms need an update

We upgraded the room to an ocean view. The ocean view was excellent.

The hotel rooms are from the 1970s. They need to be made modern before they demand prices like other modern hotels with ocean views. They need a major upgrade to the whole living space including, the bathroom, Kitchen, furnishings, and bedroom.

Pool access, kitchen accessories, cleanliness, and towel and linen exchange access.

Missing a vacuum in the room.

no connecting rms, one rm was not ready at 4pm, building letter B hard to find initially as there were the same rn number with different building letters. Too much noise from outside, our neighboring rm could hear everything we were saying & beds creaked

Good location. Room was decent but a bit aged.

Another customer got a much better price. Overall not a good value. The staff was very nice however.

The staff was friendly and courteous. I asked if we could upgrade our room to an ocean view with a balcony and we were able to. The room was great. Very clean and definitely met my expectations. The balcony had a spectacular view.

Check out is 10 am. Never stayed at a place where Check out is so early.
