Beach Place Guesthouses

The suites are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Everything is available to make sure that guests can have a great time during their stay.

The buildings are dated, and that is a problem. If renovations don't happen, I can see this place falling into disrepair.

I loved everything, apt was very clean, access to the beach, ocean view, deck was peaceful; Hotel employee helped me checking in and she was absolutely wonderful; showed me around and made us feel welcome; loved that is a small place, so its not overcrowded

Kitchen faucet drops, needs new rubber seal, toilet runs, needs new seal.Talking in bathroom should be replaced.Baseboards could use a good cleaning and/or repainted. No view of ocean from room.

Everything was perfect. We were having a horrible time trying to find a place after holiday inn gave us a hard time so this was truly a happy ending to our vacation. The beach view from the apartment was beautiful

Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Fun things for kids to do.

Not the property’s fault, but there was a group of very young children streaming and running through the property till after midnight. There was no one to complain to even after asking the kids to be quiet

The best part of this resort are the common areas. The many cabanas, tables and chairs, bbq grills with tools available, the many eclectic art pieces and installations make this a truly fun and relaxing destination. Located directly on the beach behind the dunes, we had easy access to a part of the beach that seemed to be private to just us. We are located down the way from the main activity areas so we could easily go to where the action is, if we wanted to. The local city bus stop is just yards away and for 75 cents we took the ride all the way to the cruise port to have some brunch at Grills while watching the activity in the port. We also saw a night launch the night that we arrived and a mid-morning launch two days later. Our room, number 8, a two bedroom/one bath unit was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

Our only concern, which echoes what others have stated in their reviews, was the noise of the air conditioning system. Even though it was a 'central air' system rather than window unites, the droning of the system was VERY noticeable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit on the low side, but the water was hot very quickly.

Toilet kept backing up into shower so had to pack up and move rooms. 2nd room was good.

It was on the beach. It looks like they put a lot of money & time making sure the outside of the place is gorgeous, but the room was trash! The Beach is the only thing they got going.

I hated this dingy dirty place! It was a waste of money. The bedroom was tiny & dark w/one lamp on my side of the bed & a tiny mirror on the dresser. There's one TV in the living room w/my son; no TV in my bedroom! The bathroom was nasty w/a dirty tub. The hot water ran out; so I had a luke warm shower last night. The floors are dirty. This place needs work real bad.

The appartment was roomy. They had a shed full of beach toys and beach umbrellas and chairs.

We didn’t get to stay as they cancelled on the at 7pm the day of check-in leaving homeless at 7pm

Service! Attitude! Cancelling 3hours after check in and not caring. No remorse they left us without a place to stay … at 7pm day of checkin !!!!

I really liked the whole experience- from booking the stay, receiving updates from location, checking in, and the easy check out process. The location was beach front and the grounds were just beautiful. The amenities on site included hammocks, chairs, picnic tables and grills. There was nothing that I needed, everything was provided and much more.

Parking was limited but there was enough for everyone...

The friendliness and all the accessible areas to sit. Really enjoyed the private beach area and how close it was. Definitely would stay here again.

Beach front, plenty of public spaces, great beach amenity offerings.

The location was perfect; it was minutes from the beach, a very beautiful property, and family-friendly.

The only issue was the lack of TVs in the rooms

We had a relaxing stay here right on the beach. The grounds were very peaceful and we enjoyed the sun loungers and hammocks. There were outdoor games for the kids and they provided items to take to the beach. Rooms were clean. 15mins walk to a couple of restaurants.

There are no options for breakfast onsite or within walking distance, so stock up beforehand, or drive out to the store in the morning.

Old Florida feel. Cozy and spacious. Laid back and quiet.

It would be nice to have a pool.

The perfect setting for a leisurely family vacation! Having the private beach area made the price worthwhile. My family especially loved the unique grounds…foliage, wildlife, and our own little patio where we spent many hours!

Proximity to beach was amazing. Size of space was great. Very accommodating for a large family

It was right on ocean . The atmosphere was lovely. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The outside was so awesome. Loved it.

everything was great, can not imagine how peaceful and serene it us, when all trees have their leaves and the flowers bloom ! A total laid back Key West feel, Private beach area easy walk to stores
