- the staff was so kind and friendly and fun they actually cared about my questions and concerns
- very clean everywhere; nice breakfast
- Able to walk to the beach, balcony & ocean view, the complimentary breakfast & of course the waffles! Only hotels we stay in & rooms are always clean & cool A/C
Cons -
- the hang 10 bar was not open booo
- Bathroom floor was dirty. Only 4 towels for 5 guests. The free breakfast was terrible.

Close to the beach
