Old and very uncomfortable bed. Bathroom needs updating. Tub full of stains

Excellent facilities clean, pricing, great breakfast options as well.

While the front desk staff is competent and nice they are not very engaging and do not work with the customers if we need to change something they do not help. They don't offer any empathy. Good but not as good as they should be for a Hilton brand.

Was a last minute booking while traveling for a Doctor's appt in Clermont, FL. Great deal - very friendly staff - room was amazing - bed was so comfortable. Best sleep I have had in months, honestly. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Stay was perfect except for one fatal flaw: Bed bugs!! My husband had a severe reaction and it left us with a poor impression of the hotel.

it was close To my grandmas house she passed away & I came for a death it was convenient to travel back and fourth to her to see the rest of the family my son also liked the pool

Yes!!! There was this lady at the front desk she had black curly hair!! And she came off rude..due to the death in my family most of the families who traveled to New York stayed in this hotel in particular because of where the location was. So many kids

The breakfast was terrible. Additionally, every guest did not wear a mask and it should be mandatory!

Food was very horrible. Not well stocked. The worst hotel food I ever had. The sausage tasted like a cat.

Breakfast buffet hostess is the star of this hotel!

HBO TV internet tv did not work.

Room was a great size, location was good, and the staff were very friendly. I also appreciated having water available to fill my water bottle any time.

Was disappointed that even the fruit was put away after breakfast. Other hotels I've stayed in leave the apples out so you can have one whenever.

Didnt have a problem at all. would have liked two beds, but they were booked full because of the softball tournaments

Breakfast wasnt the greatest. Powdered eggs, sausage then ham, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bread. I guess it was ok

Housekeeping staff were attentive, professional and pleasant. The woman who works the breakfast was wonderful, she deserves a raise!

Parking spots were taken by trucks pulling trailers, maybe they can have their own area?

Fairfield always has a great complimentary breakfast and I like the consistency throughout the chain. I can always expect a nice, clean room and feel safe.

The location was excellent - very close to the venue, restaurants and shops. Breakfast staff was beyond friendly - even offered my daughter a different option not out for everyone since she was being picky.

1. Huge cockroach/palmetto bug on the ceiling of the hallway that lead to my room. Manager was rude and tried to downplay the situation. 2. Housekeeping switched my personal pillow and put my pillowcase on their pillow. Mine was lost/never recovered.
