Great helpful staff, nice room

Bathroom size is not accessible even though it was an accessible room.. couldn't get in bathroom with my mobility aid

The employees were very kind and welcoming and knowledgeable.

I didn't like having to request specific items for housekeeping. I feel like if you are going to request it then just come in and replenish everything. The lobby bathroom was really dirty.

I made a mistake selecting dates when booking and this hotel refused any assistance to help me. They charged the entire booking fee even though I realized and tried to correct the mistake immediately after booking. This hotel is a big disappointment.

The location was so convenient for what we were doing. Plenty of parking. Staff was wonderful. Room was excellent, lots of storage. Breakfast was great - terrific selection. I will definitely be staying there again! My 1st time at a Home2 Suites.

Service there was top notch. If you made a request it was fulfilled in minutes. The front reception staff was very impressive!! We'll stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area.

This hotel was fabulous and what I liked about it the most was how clean it was. The rooms were immaculate, the free breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely go back to stay again.

We were there because of the hurricane, and the staff were so humble towards us. The lady cleaned our room after we had spent the day to to check out damage of our home. We came back to our room to the cleanest room we have ever stepped into!

Everything about your hotel is just wonderful! Thank You for giving us that special feeling there in your hotel and also in the Great Community of Clermont Florida!!!

The room was clean and modern. The cable tv was HD on every channel. The location is convenient.

One of the hotel staff was rude and full of attitude. Everyone else was very good. We would stay their again.

The comforter on top of the bed was slightly rumpled, not crisp. The floor was sticky. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Nice quiet location, except on Saturday night when they were filled with teenage girls wandering around the halls, dancing, playing loud music on their cell phones. Fortunately the softball tournament was over on Sunday and they all went back to wherever

They ran out of breakfast sandwiches Sunday. I guess they didn't order enough. Monday and Tuesday breakfasts were a bit sparce.

clean smelling, close to event. got a late check out but didn't need it and left before original check out time.

check in-no one at desk, sign says "back in a little bit." left for 1.5 hrs, returned and found the same sign-rang the bell. someone emerged from behind the office door to sign me in. Iasked for a late check out (just to be sure) and got a lot of kickback

The room layout was good, but more than what we needed

The 30 minute wait for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We arrived at 7:55 PM, and waited until 8:25 before anybody showed up to check us in. If it hadn't been already paid for We would have left.

Staff at this hotel are amazing. Location is great 2 good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. I would recommend the hotel and its pet friendly.

I didn't like the beds they were not comfy like other hotels I have stayed at.I mean this is a Hilton hotel I expected different. Not enough space in the bathroom. U have to fully close the door to get into the shower it was a weird setup

I'm OK with them not cleaning the hotel room during your stay but if i have 4 people staying they need to provide more than 3 towels.

Location was great. Room was comfortable and the staff was exceptional. I have to give a shout out to hotel employee who made sure that I got the correct type of room with the walk in shower with a seat due to my physical limitations. hotel employee was an exceptional.

Breakfast was not very good through no fault of the hotel. Due to COVID it is not very appetizing to see pre packaged cooked eggs. Coffee was great as well as other selections in the breakfast area.

We were there for 3 days and were never given any soap. I was told they were out of soap.They didn’t clean our room or even just replace towels and take the trash the entire time we were there! During this Covid thing, this is unacceptable. Never again
