Holiday Inn Express - Clermont By IHG

The staff worked very hard to keep everything clean and make sure the breakfast food never ran out. The location was convenient for my plans in the area.

The room was clean and in pretty good shape

They didn't bother to respond about the refund cancelation I requested

I thought it was exceptional. Everyone was kind. I did not see anyone who looked like me there, but I felt welcome!

I think the 2.5 star rating is too low. It seemed to be an older hotel building but I consider it a hidden gem. The GPS does not accurately locate it but I finally found it.

There were an infestation of ants in our bathroom. The hotel did not care at all.

Friendly staff comfortable roo. Except room telephone not working.

That it was cold couldn't enjoy the swimming pool.

First off there was constant dripping in the bathroom from a vent on the ceiling. Second THE TOILET WAS CLOGGED, Then when I called about that at 5AM the desk told me well you can come get a plunger at the front, or someone can come by in 3-4 hours.

Staff were accommodating, professional, friendly and efficient.

No everything was as it should be.

It was an easy check in and check out process.

I would not recommend. Walls are thin, everything is severely outdated. I¿m not sure how IHG put their name on this place. It¿s a motel 6 with some eyeliner.

The maids were very nice. The kitchen/breakfast staff was excellent

The managers were not attentive when you stop by the front desk.  did not smile, and she seemed to spend too much at the back of the front desk, and was very brief with customers before she hurried to the back again.

The staff were very friendly.

I stay two different nights under different reservations. The 1st from I stated in was 115 it was very clean but had an old smell to it. The second room was 229 the refrigerator was a little loud. That¿s it.

Dead bugs in the room. The room was on the first floor, but there was numerous.

It is a nice property. Room was Clean. Breakfast was good.

Often it is the small things that make or break a stay. It his case it was service. I am hearing impaired. I use close captioning on the TV. We could not find a way to turn in on without having a remote that with a "settings" feature. No help available

The price was outrageous for one night. The clerk at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Robert ignored me standing in front of him for over ten minutes as he continued his phone conversation. I¿m extremely disappointed and unhappy.

The counter person Robert was not friendly and ignored me standing in front of him and continued his conversation on the phone. He was very rude and impolite. He is not professional at all, he shattered my image of this brand.

Absolutely great experience! The staff was super nice. The room was very clean. I felt completely safe there with my little grandson. It was surprisingly quiet. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
