Cleanliness and location

Three different cards declined so I couldn’t pay the security deposit. I was super embarrassed. But at least the person at the check in was super helpful. I contacted my banks and they indicated that it was an error from the hotel’s system.

Part of a resort so you get access to resort amenities

No milk at breakfast other than a small pitcher for cereal, longer to Disney than expected

Breakfast and free parking. Check in was really easy. They sent me a text in advance stating to call if you would coming in after check in time so they were aware. I did and when we got there had no issues.

You can see the wear and tear of the rooms and in the bathrooms. But it’s clean and overall great for a one night stay

I’ve always enjoyed the breakfast, The Sunday breakfast was okay the Saturday breakfast was the worst Ive ever had at any Holiday Inn Express. Eggs were burnt sausage patties and potatoes had no flavor

The elevator broke we were on the 4th floor , I am handicapped. We were offered 2nd floor in another building. No hot water, Coffee machine was broken.Worst breakfast. on the fourth floor

Very clean overall! The room was also very spacious and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was decent, eggs were watery and only 1 out of 2 pancake machines were working. Warm options included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, has browns and pancakes.

Location

Loud. Family in room next to us was yelling at thier kids all night. The room we got was a work in process. Recent work on the wall with a patch over it. Mold in shower. But its a 2.5 star hotel. 🤷‍♂️

Beautiful grounds and neighborhood.

Room was missing a lamp (very dark), and no curtains! The street light made it difficult to sleep

Old, dated bathroom. It was clean but needs updating. Elevator was very rough. Requested more towels, was told I would get them within an hour and never got them.

The location and staff were good.

Very old and dated. Lots of patches in the room and bathroom, older elevators and equipment. The resort really just feels and looks dated.

Free breakfast. Price paid

No ice machine but there was an ice bucket in the room. No cold water at times. Room was not cleaned well. No toilet paper holder.

It was very close to our destination. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Our plans afterwards got delayed and they gave us a late check out for free.

Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

The bathtub was cracked everywhere and so old (not holiday inn express standards). It looked like someone had tried to repaint the bathroom, but it was so sloppy and gross. It took about 10 minutes of running the shower before we got any hot water.

Best was really comfortable. Free breakfast. Pool was nice, with lots of chairs.

They were out of pool towels. Out of wash cloths, yet the entire hotel wasn?t even booked. Floors in the room were kind of dirty, had to walk around with shoes on the whole time.

Amenities and location

maid service was not always available, paid additional for breakfast and it was horrible, telephone did not work properly, staff didn't care if we made a complaint about the neighbors, AC very loud, toilet broken, bed uncomfortable.

The staff working the front desk was so respectful and helpful.

This hotel is very over priced. Elevator takes over two minutes. The sheets were stained. I changed them myself. French fries were under the bed. Once I arrived I was charged more money. They call every morning to sell you packages. Breakfast was horrible

The space is really inviting and the majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the pools and other conveniences was fantastic. The room was comfortable and access to a local grocery store and laundromat was great.

I was surprised by how difficult it was to talk to staff; dialing zero from the room was unsuccessful. I had to use my phone to contact anyone. I was left on hold for 20 minutes when I tried to order room service. Small complaints for an overall nice stay

I like the location and love the many pool choices on site.

The room didn't smell, however the hallways smell of bad cleaning chemicals and weed on multiple levels. The Italian restaurant ran out of pizza every night. This has happened the last two times we stayed here.

was charge for resort fee but in reality did not use the resort. Breakfast was ok, I had a mold in my begal informed kitchen they took all of them in to check them.
