My kids enjoy the entire place. They have entertainment for the kids and parents.

Maybe the lock to the front door because kids can just open the door and walk out if u not looking.especially my two years old.

The facilities were great and the staff, especially at the Starbucks was amazing

They sent us to a room at 1:30 Am that was occupied &when I complained about walking in on other people, they told me they were going to give us a comped night.Then they called back and said no the best they could do was give us1/2 of our resort fees

Staff was inconsiderate. Paid for a room another room was issued to me staff was annoyed I wanted the room I paid for. Katherine and Kierra really ruined my trip and to make matters worse when I complained instead of being helpful they treated me rudely.

I liked that it was more modern and not as dingy or dark paint on the walls making everything look gloomy. This room had more light pain on the walls and ok furniture. It had nice outdoor walkways and ponds and a lake. Hearing the birds was very nice.

Our room had some Cons, fridge door was in the rong place had to open from the wall and step to the side making it very hard to use refrigerator, oven & stove didn't work maintenance had to come kick wall where plug was said it keeps coming loose & more

Maintenance man hanging out watching tv in our room. After we had unloaded and loaded back up the car, had to get another room. Toilet had to be fixed. No towels. Mirror kept falling off the door. Broken buttons on spa tub. Amenities closed early.

The place was beautiful and as listed. There was plenty to do on premises and around. It was well maintained and the room was stocked with all the necessities! Most of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Some were not knowledgeable about the area.

There are a lot of amenities on site to keep children entertained. Restaurants, stores, and grocery are all near by. Room was spacious and clean.

Asked for an early check in - were not able to accommodate which is understandable. Found an activity to do and 15 minutes later were called and notified room was ready. Would have been nice to know it was almost ready, we would have just stayed.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and wonderful. My family and I the St. Patrick trivia by the pool.

This was a last-minute booking, I came down to watch my daughter's softball team. It was perfect! The staff, location, amenities. I can't say enough good things about this.

I did not like that they put us in a combined room situation next to a room filled with kids

The property was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing.

Some of the decor was a little dated, but it was still nice. It appears they are doing upgrades in stages.

Nice location and we enjoyed the heated pool which was very nice. Staff was all very friendly and the exterior of the resort and facilities are clean and well maintained. Check in and out were quick and efficient.

Our room was dated, no privacy curtain in the living room which other units had and we were ground floor so people could see in from the outside. We had immediately noticed maintenance issues and the resort was very quick to make the repairs of our constant running toilet and no heat during the crazy cold front we had. Overall we had a large group in multiple rooms and we booked last minute for our room on Booking. We would give a decent recommendation but would suggest a higher floor or at least one that was better maintained..
